Evaluation And Planning Of Primary Resources Allocation Based On Census Data Of Geographical Conditions

The census is an important method to obtain the natural geographical elements and the human geography.Geographical conditions census data is an important basis for the development of the implementation of national development strategy,optimize the land and space development pattern,and all kinds of resource allocation.As the development of primary education resource planning in China is lagging behind,resulting in different regions,between groups to accept the opportunity of education,teaching quality difference.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to scientifically carry out the allocation of primary school education resources and to realize the equalization of regional education resources.This article from the perspective of geographical conditions,fully play the advantages of mapping geographic information,Fuxin primary school as an example,based on the census data of Fuxin City,combined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and GIS technology,scientific evaluation of the existing education resources allocation,analysis of existing problems,and according to the evaluation of the results,the main work is as follows:(1)the experimental method to determine:the research and comparison of the current mainstream primary school education resource allocation evaluation plan related methods and principles,combined with the experimental content of the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and finally determine the level analysis method and GIS location technology for the experimental research method.(2)the establishment of primary school education resource allocation database:in the primary school education resources allocation evaluation plan theory research foundation,according to the collected data of Fuxin city geography census data as well as primary school related attribute data,data conversion,data extraction,data processing,attribute data assignment,to meet the requirements of the experiment data and relevant attribute data,(3)elementary educational resources allocation evaluation and existing problem analysis:from three aspects:teachers,funds and equipment level,school conditions selected evaluation index,constructs an evaluation index system of primary school education resources;using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each evaluation index were calculated for each primary evaluation value by multifactorial weighted sum method;combined with GIS spatial analysis,in-depth to explore the problems existing in the allocation of elementary education resources.(4)primary school layout optimization scheme:according to the primary school education resources allocation evaluation results,comprehensive consideration of the traffic conditions,population distribution,land property,existing primary school and other multiple primary spatial layout influence factors,using GIS location technology,analysis of Fuxin city existing primary school district distribution rationality,and according to the actual situation,set different site conditions,calculate the primary layout optimization scheme.
