Bijia mountain is located in the economic development zone of Jinzhou,most of the things on both sides of the slope is the weathering of rock,the integrity of the slope is poor and the angle of the slope is large,it often has stones falling,it is prone to collapse under the heavy rain and the weathering effect.Aiming at the problems of Bijia mountain slope deformation monitoring,using 3d laser scanner to monitor the slope of Bijia mountain.Based on point cloud data processing,getting the following conclusion:The quality of point cloud data is related to the surface reconstruction and deformation information extraction,so in this paper,in terms of point cloud data denoising using bilateral filtering algorithm and the improved bilateral filtering algorithm to denoising for point cloud data,through the analysis of the denoising results can be concluded that:the denoising effect of the improved bilateral filtering algorithm is superior to the existing bilateral filtering algorithm;This article also designs the inside precision and outside precision to test the quality of the point cloud data,through the experimental comparison with the measurement data of the total station,can be concluded that:the inside precision of scanner is 0.93mm and the outside precision can reach the accuracy of south NTS-341I total station,the quality of the point cloud data is reliable;Using three-dimensional quality control software to extract slope deformation by comparing with 2D and 3D,can be concluded that the deformation of Bijia mountain shows a trend of increases gradually.Aiming at the governance issues of the slope,through the study of the stability analysis to the slope,it is concluded that the security coefficient is 1.17 less than 1.35,so the slope is in instability state,combined with the extraction of deformation information and the geological conditions of Bijia mountain,this paper puts forward the combined bolting and shotcrete net approach to govern the slope of Bijia mountain,preventing the occurrence of disasters and ensuring the safety of the visitors.
