As an emerging surface deformation monitoring technology with the advantages of high-precision,time-dependent,large area-coverage and low-cost,the time-series InSAR has great application potential in research of volcanoes and earthquakes,urban ground subsidence and so on.To cope with the disadvantages of the traditional time series InSAR technology represented by PS-InSAR and SBAS technology,like the number of SAR images are strict requirements,the interference map need to be unwrapped in advance,and the characteristics of coherence point extraction is single and so on.By using the technology of Multiple images Coherent Targets Small Baselines Interferometry SAR which combines the advantages of PS-InSAR and SBAS to monitor the surface deformation,it is not only can achieve the ground deformation monitoring by small data set but also does not require prior to the interference map phase unwrapping.The MCTSB-InSAR technology is used to investigate the ground deformation of Beijing city from 2011 to 2015 by using TerraSAR-X images.Meanwhile,the change of the average subsidence rate and expressway for each year was analyzed.Compare with the 17 leveling points data set provided by the Beijing departments to do the accuracy evaluation,the result is obtained.
