High-resolution remote sensing information extraction is an important means to achieve rapid identification of human activity in Nature Reserve.The paper takes Wudalianchi Nature Reserve as the study area,uses the domestic high-resolution satellite images as the data source,select the appropriate segmentation parameters to conduct the multi-scale segmentation experiments,and extract the human activity and other features information of the Nature Reserve using the object-oriented classification method,then evaluate the accuracy of the classification results.On the basis of human activity information extraction of Wudalianchi Nature Reserve,the paper from three angles of ecological landscape pattern,with the impact of human activity disturbance terrain factors in altitude height,slope and aspect,and analysis its distribution discipline and the human activity disturbance's degree in Wudalianchi Nature Reserve quantitatively.The study shows that the human activity and other features' overall classification accuracy of Nature Reserve is 88.66%,Kappa coefficient is up to 0.87,with the object-oriented classification method that the paper established.That achieves the extraction of human activity information in Nature Reserve more rapid and accurate,and makes great significance on the practical application and promotion of domestic high-resolution remote sensing images.The landscape pattern of Wudalianchi Nature Reserve is more relatively complex.The landscape fractal dimension weighted mean is 1.211,Simpson diversity index is 0.703.That shows the landscape diversity is rich,landscape heterogeneity is high,and the overall landscape is more broken.Human activity is mainly concentrated in the 250-350m,which is lower altitude range segment,with the elevation of human activity distribution declining;human activity is greatly affected by the slope of the terrain,mainly in the 0-15 degree slope interval.Besides,in more than 25 degrees,farmland as well as types of human activity covers.So it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of farmland type;the difference in the aspect is not obvious,showing characters of gentle distribution.Except other artificial facilities,the distribution of human activity on sunny area is slightly more than shady.Finally,the human activity disturbance intensity index model result shows that the human activity of Wudalianchi Nature Reserve is mainly composed of farmland and roads.These interference intensity values are 61.52,7.65 respectively,and that human activity is mainly in the experimental area and buffer zone,while the core area's interference degree is not obvious,but still need to strengthen the human activity monitoring and management in core area.
