The Protection Plan Of Water Resources In Changfeng County

Faced with the development of economy and society and the changes of water resources conditions,the pressure on efficient utilization and effective protection of water resources is increasing.In order to deal with the escalating contradiction between the supply and demand of water resource,it is the most imminent to build a good ecological environment,to maintain sustainable development,and to protect water resources in rivers and lakes.Taking Changfeng County as an example,this paper discusses the protection plan of water resources in Changfeng County.Taking 2015 as the base year,based on the investigation of the natural environment and the social and economic situation in Changfeng County,this paper utilizes the investigation of the sewage outfall and the analysis of the water pollution to confirm the main pollution sources and pollutants that affect the water quality of the river.According to the sustainable development of water resources,,the water function zone of main rivers in Changfeng County is carried out.Meanwhile,combined with the importance of water function and water quality,the objective of water quality management in water function area is put forward in stages.In the light of the scope of water function zone and the determination of the water quality target,the assimilative capacity of various water functional areas of the river are analyzed and calculated.Moreover,according to the current situation of the pollutant discharge,the control and cutting quantity of the pollutant discharge in various functional areas are formulated.In addition,aimed at the partition of protected areas in key water sources and the determination of water quality target,this paper raises some protection measures for water source land.Finally,according to the water quality analysis,evaluation and calculation results of the main surface rivers and key water sources in the previous chapters,this paper proposes a protection countermeasure for combining water conservation projects with non-engineering projects in Changfeng County.To summary,through the study of water resources protection in Changfeng County,this paper has obtained reliable research results,which provides a scientific basis for the rational utilization and protection of water resources in Changfeng County.
