The present situation of land use,as a measure of the nature of the land category of each city,is a huge and extremely complex work.How to improve the efficiency of the statistical work of the land use data,ensure the accuracy,effectiveness,feasibility and current of the data,and become a large data construction and promulgation of the government departments.Effective legal measures have very practical guiding ideology.Based on the study of the analysis process of the spatio-temporal evolution of land use status data(Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Land Use Data,abbreviated STE-LUD)by a large number of scholars,the land use status data of Guangzhou city(1999 to 2015)are taken as an example.A set of STE-LUD analysis system is developed.The objective,systematization and automation of the STE-LUD analysis process have been realized,and the government administration department,policy researchers and staffs can get a series of support data through the system.The main work and results of this article are as follows:1.An overview of the research status of land use and space evolution at home and abroad is made.The purpose and significance of this study are analyzed.According to the needs of the system used in policy research,compilation and function,the requirement analysis of the system is written.2.According to the content of requirement analysis,the overall framework of STE-LUD analysis system is constructed.The system uses a hierarchical structure from the bottom to the top: the Data access layer,the business logic layer(Business logic layer),and the representation layer(Presentation layer).Depending on the ArcGIS software platform as the graphical platform of the system and using the ArcSDE(data path)to embody the management space data,the land use data(ShapeFile data format)can be uploaded and downloaded from the Oracle database,and the spatial data in the Oracle database management system can be adjusted by ArcSDE to complete the user end and the server.Data exchange between end and local storage.3.Combining with the results of STE-LUD analysis,the analysis system of spatio-temporal evolution is set up,and the analysis forms and data graphs are derived,and the documents are output in the form of data graphics and data form in the word format,so that the users can see the data directly in the visual mode so as to be used for decision analysis.4.According to the design basis of the STE-LUD system,the functions of the STE-LUD analysis function,the output chart analysis report and the land use data work for the new year are completed.And through the related departments to test the operation of the system,complete the preliminary functional test of the system.Finally,the development process and characteristics of the system are reviewed,and the shortcomings of the research and the next development are discussed.
