Digenea is the typical internal and heteroxenous platyhelminths of vertebrates which presents long associations of host switching and adaptation in their complex life-cycle.Mollusca gastropods are the first intermediate host of Digenea commonly and insects, fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals are the second intermediate host or definitive host.Insight of characterized by complex life-cycle and internal heteroxenous,Digenea present strikingly special and idealized experimental material in the research of Digenea-host association.Meanwhile the parasitosis caused by digeneans is an important zoonotic parasitic disease.Research of identification of taxa and investigation of distribution provide a significance data for the preventive treatment of parasitic diseases. The present study focuses on the investigation of prevalence and species biodiversity of adult parasites of Digenea parasitizing fish and amphibians.Fishes were collected from Jinghong basin and Nanla River of Lancang River and Deze basin of Jingshajiang River. And host frogs were collected from Mafengyuan and Baishuitang area and MT.Zhaizi of Luliang County and MT.Wuliangshan of Jinggu County.Totally 38 species of fishes(belong to 8 families,29 genera)and 13 species of amphibians(belong to 5 families,8 genera)were investigated.A total of 9 species belonging to 7 genera of 6 Families were determined through morphological methods from the intestine and urinary bladder of Carrassius auratus,Silurus asotus,Channa striata and Triplophysa fuxianensis,Rana chaochiaoensis,Limnonectes bannaensis and Paa yunnanensis. Two new species,6 recorded species and an unrecorded species were discovered, including 4 new distribution records and 2 new host records. The taxa obtained in this study blew: 2 in Carassotrema Park,1938 of Haploporidae Nicoll,1914;1 in Exorchis Kobayashi,1921 of Cryptogonimidae Ward,1917;1 in Phyllodistomum Braun,1899 and 2 in Gorgoderina Looss,1902 of Gorgoderin Looss,1899;1 in Neoplagioporus Shimazu,1990 of Gorgoderina Looss,1902;1 in Haematoloechus Looss,1899 of Haematoloechidae Odening,1964 and 1 in Pleurogenoides Travassos,1921 of Pleurogenidae Looss,1899.The molecular phylogenetic trees were reconstructed and validities of 5 species were determined based on 5.8S and partial of ITS 2 sequences.Neoplagioporus kajika was recorded from T.fuxianensis.New species P.striata n.sp.was described from C.striata namely the host.New species G.puerensis n.sp.from L.bannaensis was a scientific unrecorded species and named after the locality.Gorgoderina lufengensis parasitizing P.yunnanensis was described.Haematoloechus sp.parasitizing R.chaochiaoensis was an unrecorded species.
