With the rapid development of optical technology, more and more lasers have been used for surgical debridement. However, the parameters of laser debridement by surgeons are still at a stage of exploration and experience accumulation, which lacks theoretical analysis and practical verification between laser parameters and debridement effects. There are still some deficiencies in its safety and efficiency, resulting in unnecessary thermal damage during surgery. To solve this problem, this paper explores the effects of laser parameters on the laser debriding effect when the spot size of the laser is slightly changed near the single gasification width.A method of combining ANSYS numerical simulation and experiment analysis was used to study the effects of laser parameters(pulse width, irradiation time)and tissue activity on the width and depth of the gasification zone and the width of the solidification zone when the laser spot size was slightly changed from 3.5mm to 2.44mm,and the laser parameters corresponding to the obvious gasification effect of the organization and the least thermal damage were found. It was found, for normal tissue, the effect of laser debridement is the best when the laser wavelength is 1064nm,the repetition frequency is 3Hz,the pulse width is 20ms,the spot size is 2.75mm,and the irradiation time is 30s.For dehydration tissue, the effect of laser debridement is the best when the laser wavelength is 1064nm,the repetition frequency is 3Hz,the pulse width is 15ms,the spot size is 2.75 mm,and the irradiation time is 30s.
