Volcanic rock-type uranium deposits are usually controlled by structural alteration belts and are mostly stored in the complex intersections and variability zones of complex fracture structures.In this paper,the controllable source audio magnetotelluric measurements and radon measurements were carried out in the Baijiayingzi area of Duolun basin.Combined with the geological,drilling,and other data of the survey area,the fracture locations,occurrences,and deep extensions were roughly ascertained.The characteristics of the deep development of the rock mass,delineating the anomalous concentration of radon and analyzing the cause of the anomaly.The following results were obtained through this study:(1)Based on the comprehensive analysis of the obtained geophysical data,geology and drilling data,the geological inference basis for geophysical data in the region was established.(2)The distribution characteristics and deep development of fault structures in the study area were roughly identified.A total of 14 fracture structures were identified in the area,and the F1~F9 fractures were in good agreement with known faults.Eight of them basically identified their trends,tendencies,scales,and extensions to the deep,etc.;F2,F6,F7,F8,F9,and F12 were reflected only on a single survey line,and their direction was unknown.(3)A general understanding of the distribution and morphology of the rock masses in the study area;the rock masses in the B16K01~B16K04 line were shallowly affected by multiple sets of faults and were strongly fragmented,and the B16K05~B16K08 lines were relatively complete;the rock masses were north-eastward.Extend,smaller scale.(4)Based on the principle of anomalous concentration of radon concentration,a total of 6 abnormalities were delineated.The abnormal points D-5 and D-6 are respectively controlled by the fractures F4 and F7,and the radon concentration increases with the increase of the depth of the intake,and the larger the slope of the deeper curve,the deeper uranium mineralization is inferred.Subsequent drilling and verification work verified the effectiveness of the integrated application of controlled source audio magnetotelluric measurements(CSAMT)and radon measurements in volcanic rock-type uranium exploration.
