Research On Quality Control Technology Of Marinr Engineering Equipment Production Process

There are a wide variety of marine engineering equipment,mainly including marine oil and gas resources development equipment,other marine resources development equipment,and three major types of marine floating structure.Offshore oil and gas resources development equipment is the main body of marine engineering equipment at present,including all kinds of drilling platforms,production platforms,floating production and storage ships,unloading vessels,lifting vessels,pipe laying vessels,submarine trenching burying vessels,diving operation ships,etc.Drilling platform,production platform and auxiliary ship are the main components of marine oil and gas development equipment.The construction process of various marine engineering equipment has professional and professional cross operation complex,the quality control of work is very difficult,so this paper takes the semi submersible drilling platform has a typical case study on the quality control of construction process.By analyzing the construction and quality control of a semi submersible platform in a shipyard,the quality control technology of quality,cost and schedule balance is studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the quality control process of semi submersible platform,the research plan of quality control technology research is determined from the link between quality management and production process,quality inspection project.Based on the construction scheme and process flow of a semi submersible platform in a shipyard,the work breakdown structure of the semi submersible platform is constructed.According to the semi submersible platform work breakdown structure,complete decomposition of semi submersible production process inspection items,inspection and inspection personnel and regional structure behavior according to the test project belongs to determine the inspection item inspection body,inspection plan of the necessary elements and functions.Based on the inspection project,the inspection work is standardized and the inspection process of all kinds of inspection items is designed.The quality control technology integrating inspection items,inspection subjects,inspection plan and inspection process management is studied.Based on the experience of quality management in shipbuilding industry,a plan of implementing integrated management by using quality management system is put forward.Combined with the characteristics of the quality management of the semi submersible platform project,the management process and the quality information statistical analysis method based on the quality management system are analyzed.Through this study,we put forward the integrated management quality management technology,which integrates the quality management of the semi submersible platform,that is,the quality control system.Taking quality inspection items as the link and quality management technology as the means,the linkage between quality management and production management is realized,which ensures the immediacy,objectivity and effectiveness of quality information,and greatly reduces the influence of human subjective factors.Through the statistical analysis method of quality information proposed in this paper,it can be more effective in quality tracing,more intuitive analysis of the reasons.
