Artificial bone bionic scaffold is a substitute of function and morphology when human bone are defect.According to the requirement of structural bionics,artificial bone scaffold should have internal microstructure,the similar structure of natural bone,with gradient of non-uniform distribution of pore structure,to meet the bone mechanical properties and bio-logical activity.In this paper,the bionic design of the internal structure of artificial bone scaffold and it's mechanical properties and flow field are studied and analyzed.The internal structure of bone is analyzed,including the trabecular and cortical bone.The design and modeling methods of domestic and foreign scholars about two kinds of bone structure are discussed and on this basis the internal structure of simplified artificial bone model is established,the model including trabecular and cortical bone structure features.The mechanical properties of artificial bone scaffold model is analyzed by Abaqus.And results obtained are compared with bone structure model contains only cortical bone,and analyzed the parameters including stress,displacement and strain in the two kinds of bone scaffold model with three common material attributes under stand up on one leg and a slow walk condition.Hydroxyapatite material and bioactive glass material priority should be considered when choosing bearing bone material and the stress under a slow walk condition is beneficial to the growth of bone mass and defects recovery.The lattice Boltzmann method is selected as the calculation method suitable for internal flow field analysis of artificial bone scaffolds.The principle of this method and Xflow soft-ware developed based on this method are introduced.Theoretical support is provided for internal flow field analysis of artificial bone scaffolds.Xflow software is used for simulation analysis of flow field within the artificial bone scaffold.It is concluded that the inside of the artificial bone scaffold velocity distribution,pressure distribution and wall shear stress values,and compared with previous results,Xflow software reliability is proved.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two models,which will be a theoretical basis of the experiment in vitro culture.
