Present Policy Research Of Development And Utilization Of Microbial Resources Of Agricultural In China

This paper uses public choice theory,public goods theory,and the resource dependence theory to analysis the current situation of the development of microbial resources of agriculture,and explores how to promote China's agricultural microbiology and its industry,and some pieces of advice for the problems mentioned above.Microbial resources of agriculture can effectively relax the pressure in grain demand and resource s shortage,and reduce the pollution of ecological environment.But the utilization rate of agricultural microbial resources in China is not high,the protection of germplasm resources is not enough,and the market competitiveness of agricultural products is insufficient.So we needs to solve the problems at national strategic height,and it is an important task to strengthen the rational development and utilization of agricultural microbial resources with the will of the state.Firstly,this paper will imply the circumstance about it simply,then introduce research fruits from scholars domestic and aboard who center on microbial resources of agriculture.Secondly,it introduces the microbial resources of agricultural and its ecological value and economic value.According to the characteristics of agricultural microbial resources in China,it will express public choice theory,public goods theory,and the resource dependence theory.Thirdly,it analyzes the development and utilization of the microbial resources of agricultural in China in collection and introduction,hazard rating and security management,intellectual property protection,biodiversity conservation,and puts forward the conflict of microbial resources of agricultural and interests of local government departments in China.Fourthly,it will propose problems of the microbial resources of agricultural and its industry in China,and gradually cause analysis.Fifthly,it puts forward relevant policy suggestions for microbial resources of agricultural.It is suggested that the development and utilization of microbial resources of agricultural should adhere to ecological civilization,take the road of sustainable development,adhere to the development of circular economy and ecological economy.In order to protection and development of microbial resources of agricultural,it suggests to use market incentive mechanism to balance the interests of local governments.
