With the rapid development of science,technology and economy in China,the development of high-speed railway has entered a new era,and the application of ballastless track has been more and more extensive.The ballastless track is mainly affected by train dynamic load and temperature load.It is necessary to study the mechanical response of ballastless track cracks.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)Based on the track structure random rough chronological vehicle-track dynamic interaction analysis,using half a car with two spring damping of the vehicle model,vertical dynamic equation is derived by calculating the vehicle-track coupling dynamics equation.2)A train-orbital coupled dynamics model has been built,which has a constant dynamic load,random motion loads,temperature gradient loads,and operating loads,using the finite element software to analyze the dynamic response of the unmounted track plate.The stress analysis of ballastless track under different crack widths,depths and angles is analyzed.3)The secondary development of ANSYS is based on the standard C++ language,and a visualization program suitable for the dynamic analysis of the CRTS ? type ballastless track is developed.Parametric modeling is used to parametricize the key data of the model,so that the engineering designer can greatly reduce the design cost and shorten the design cycle,so that the product design and development are morereasonable and effective,and the actual situation track plate cracks are inspected more efficiently.The result shows that the crack disease on the ballastless track has an effect on the durability of the structure.The change of crack width in a certain range has little influence on the mechanical properties of the track plate.With the change of crack depth and the change of crack angle,the mechanical properties of the track slab will be greatly affected.In particular,the tensile stress experienced by the crack tip will exceed the tensile strength of the concrete in the case of oblique cracks.Therefore,it is necessary to pay special attention to the disease of oblique cracks appearing on the ballastless track plate in the actual project.
