Shandong province,as one of the major provinces of economy in China,also exists similar problems in the process of development,such as the lack of water resources,low energy efficiency and high intensity of carbon emissions,serious environmental pollution and other issues.In order to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization,Shandong is carrying out a comprehensive project where new growth drivers are taking the place of old ones,looking forward to improving the environment.Therefore,research in the pressure of the resources and environment is of great significance to Shandong province.Based on the method of footprint family,using the data of Shandong province from2005 to 2016,including biological resources,water resources and energy resources,we calculated the ecological footprint,water footprint and carbon footprint,ecological carrying capacity,water resources carrying capacity and carbon carrying capacity,and then used the index of footprint and carrying capacity to construct the ecological pressure index,water pressure index and carbon emissions pressure index.Finally,according to the entropy weight method we calculated the proportion of every index,then used two methods to calculate the resources and environment pressure index,evaluating the pressure of resources and environment in Shandong province.Following conclusions can be come to:(1)From the Angle of ecological environment,from 2005 to 2016 ecological footprint in Shandong province increased year by year,and among all the footprint,the fossil energy land and cultivated land occupied the largest proportion.Ecological footprint is greater than the ecological carrying capacity,so the ecological environment is in a state of overload and high pressure.(2)From the point of water environment,water footprint in Shandong province increased after the first decreases.In addition to the individual years,water footprint was slightly greater than the water carrying capacity,and water pressure index was more than 1,water environment can meet the local needs of all kinds of water,but water resource environment is not optimistic in the future.(3)About the carbon emissions,from 2005 to 2016 carbon footprint in Shandong province increased gradually,the carbon footprint of coal and oil accounted for the largest emissions of CO2.Carbon carrying capacity in Shandong province has increased in volatility,but the extent ofincrease is far less than the increase of the carbon footprint,carbon pressure index is greater than 1,carbon emissions is in deficit.(4)In general,from 2005 to 2016,in Shandong province the comprehensive footprint was gradually increased,and the carrying capacity decreased slightly.Comprehensive footprint is greater than the comprehensive carrying capacity,and the resources and environment pressure index is large,the bearing capacity of resources and environment in Shandong province can't meet the the generation of ecological resources,water resources and carbon footprint.And according to the results of empirical research,through reducing the footprint and increasing carrying capacity,we put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions to relieve the pressure of resources and environment.For example,protect arable land,and increase land utilization.Protect water resources,and improve the utilization efficiency of water resources.Adjust the energy structure,and develop the carbon sinks function,etc.
