The hydrogeological conditions of most coal mines in China are complicated,and the prevention and control of water is important and arduous.At present,there are many problems such as earlier R&D time,poor stability,weak software function,low measurement precision,single collection function,high equipment cost and so on,which can not meet the demand of coal mine water prevention and control work at present.Therefore,it is very important to develop an intelligent,high performance,small volume and low cost hydrologic survey equipment to make up for the underground coal mine water prevention and control monitoring means.According to the requirement of coal mine water prevention and control and safety production standard,the function and technical index of measuring instrument are designed.Combined with the principle of various functions,the overall scheme design of the measuring instrument is completed.On this basis,the hardware,software and anti-interference ability of the measuring instrument are designed separately.In the aspect of hardware system,multi-signal acquisition circuit,host display circuit,data storage,power protection circuit and RS232 communication circuit are designed.In the aspect of software system,the powerful data processing programs of upper computer and lower computer are programmed by using C#C language in modularization mode,and the operation is simple.At the same time,in order to further improve the overall anti-interference performance of the measuring instrument,starting with the analysis of the interference source and its causes,the hardware aspect through the selection of high-quality components,optimization of circuit layout,reasonable grounding technology,software through the addition of command redundancy,Digital filtering and other technical means ensure the stability and reliability of the system.Finally,the whole performance of the measuring instrument system is tested in laboratory simulation environment and coal mine field.The test results show that the measuring precision of the measuring instrument system reaches the design performance parameter index,the software system has complete function,the whole system conforms to the safety production standard of mine,and the whole system has excellent anti-interference performance.The successful development of hydrologic multi-parameter measuring instrument provides a more comprehensive monitoring method for coal mine water prevention and control.
