The natural winged Suaeda community in the Liaohekou wetland of Panjin City,Liaoning Province not only forms a beautiful red beach landscape,but is also a major foraging and habitat breeding site for the endangered species Black-billed Gul.However,in recent years,the area of the natural winged Suaeda population has decreased year by year,and in 2002 it began to disappear in large areas.The reasons for the degeneration of S.edulis community include the differences in soil nutrients and salinity,soil contaminants,infiltration depth,and tidal salinity at different locations.The community coverage has been reduced from 70%to 80%to 20%to30%,which has seriously affected the function of wetlands and the value of ecotourism.In order to make better use and development of this effective resource,and to protect endangered species,Study on the Ecological Restoration of In this study,a small pilot plant was constructed to simulate the Liaohe Estuary Wetland.The actual water level and salinity of the research.The main findings are as follows:?1?The plant height of S.salsa did not change significantly in the early growth stage of S.salsa.The root length was sensitive to the change of water level,and the low water level?h?3cm?promoted the long root growth of S.extremadura,and the root length of S.extremosa was longer.In the late growth stage,the plant height was The difference between the two is smalle r,and the difference in root length is greater.When the water level is 0 cm,the length of the roots of Suaeda is longest.The analysis of the correlation between the water level and the indicators also showed that the correlation between the water level and the root length of S.extremadura was relatively high,and the correlation coefficient was over 90%.In the whole growth period of S.sinensis,when the water level was 6 cm,S.lycopodium grew best,and the dry weight?ie,biomass?was the highest.In the low water level?h?3cm?,the content of free water and nutrients in Suaeda salsa Suaeda salsa was more and more obvious.In the mature period of S.extremosa in September,the salinity had the most significant effect on S.exophia.S.salsa seed germination and salt tolerance at seedling stage were poor,and after entering the growth period,salt tolerance was significantly increased.With the growth of Suaeda salsa,the salt concentration strongly inhibited the root length of S.extremadura.Under low-salt conditions(NaCl?300 mmol·L-1),S.lycopodium had more free water in the body and could provide a good environment for the movement of Na+and K+,so that the plants could adapt to the salt environment.The nutrients in the plant were higher and the growth was better.Under high-salt conditions(NaCl>450mmol·L-1),Na+and K+accumulated more in S.extremosa than in plants,and the water content in the plants was relatively low,and they could not be effectively diluted,resulting in yellow stems and leaves of the plants and severe death.Salinity directly affected the accumulation of free proline in S.salsa.Under salinity conditions,the salt tolerance of S.extremadura was higher than that of the root.In salt environment,S.salsa was able to maintain the protein stability of the plant through the synthesis of soluble sugar?P<0.05?.S.salsa can promote the growth of Suaeda salsa under low salinity conditions(NaCl?300 mmol·L-1),and the osmotic adjustment substances all reach the maximum value;With the increase of salinity(NaCl>300mmol·L-1),the growth of Suaeda salsa is inhibited,and the osmotic adjustment The whole material showed a downward trend,and 03cm,and the salt was divided into 300450 mmol·L-1.In contrast to single environmental conditions,salinity can alleviate drought and cause damage to Suaeda salsa,so that Suaeda salsa can grow in a low water level environment.Under water shortage conditions,appropriate increase in soil salinity can make Saussurea salsa grow better;in salinity In a high environment,the water level can be increased in an appropriate amount,but it cannot be too high;the high salinity and high water level can cause short-tailed and death of the Spodoptera plant.
