Joint operations and systemic confrontation have became an important trend of modern war.Uniting system-of-systems(SoS)is an objective need for future military information systems' development. Therefore, military information systems are facing complex and multiple military requirements, which provide challenges and difficulties for requirements management.A reasonable requirements prioritization is the precondition for the development of military information systems.Current requirements prioritization methods exist more or less problems in scalability, modifiability and dealing with conflicts.First of all, according to the existing requirements prioritization problem, this paper analyzes priority relations between requirement items based on relative concepts of binary relationship, describes the nature of requirement priority relations, validates requirement priority relations' feasibility of directed graph model, explains models' “consistency” and “order” constrains, and proposes the whole requirements prioritization process based on directed graph model.Secondly, this paper puts forward the steps and algorithm of the requirements prioritization based on the directed graph model. This paper presents and explains the principle of choosing the comparison nodes in the process of the requirements priority graph construction. On this basis,it describes the concrete steps and algorithms of the extension of the directed graph model. It also analyzes the consistency of the requirements prioritization "And" total-order "constraints in the directed graph model, and the steps and algorithms for" consistency "and" total-order "checking are proposed. The iterative process of the requirements is discussed.Directed graph model expansion and constraint checking to form the final d requirements prioritization sorted digraph model of the steps and algorithms, and from the final digraph model to extract the requirements prioritization sorting algorithm.Thirdly, this paper proposes a dynamic adjustment strategy based on the directed graph model to prioritize the requirements based on the demand change and prioritization conflicts. This paper analyzes the challenges of the dynamic adjustment of the requirements prioritization order in the process of the development of the military information system according to the specific content of the demand change, and puts forward the solution based on the directed graphs of "new requirement","delete requirement" and "requirement change" The paper analyzes the reasons of order priority conflict and the difficulty of dynamic adjustment of demand priority order, and proposes a method of discovering conflict of demand based on directed graph model, and explains its feasibility by an example. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the prioritization method based on directed graph model are verified by case study and experiment. In this paper, the requirements prioritization method based on the directed graph model is used to sort the requirements of a regional air defense command information system, which verifies the feasibility and rationality of the method.Based on the simulation demand data,And the comparison of the node selection principle and other experiments verify the method to reduce the number of manual judgments and response to changes in demand for dynamic adjustment of the good results. In this paper, the requirements prioritization relationship is transformed into a directed graph model, and the prioritization relation of the demand graph is adjusted and adjusted by analyzing and adjusting the topology of the directed graph model.Compared with other methods, the proposed method reduces the number of manual judgments when the requirements prioritization is "full sort",on the other hand,it also realizes the dynamic change of the priority order when the requirements changes and the sort conflict Adjustment.
