The subject of this thesis comes from the related project of the differential pressure flow meter,which is cooperated by the three parties of the school,the enterprise,and the government.The work completed in this thesis mainly includes the research and design of the two parts of the differential pressure flowmeter hydrodynamics calculation platform and the site selection of water supply station.The core content of the design and calculation of differential pressure flowmeter is the calculation and analysis of hydromechanics.The calculation and analysis of hydromechanics need to use a lot of data of hydromechanics related parameters and complex hydromechanics calculation formula.The previous work of design and calculation is achieved by using manual calculation or using Excel software for simple programming.It has the core problems of low calculation efficiency,error-prone and low accuracy.But the computer can deal with these very complicated and relatively straightforward work very quickly and accurately.Therefore,a differential pressure flowmeter hydrodynamics calculation platform is developed.The computing platform adopts the object-oriented programming language C# for innovative programming.The database adopts the My SQL database software as the support.The overall design of the C/S architecture is adopted,and the modular method is chosen to develop.The calculation platform of the differential pressure flowmeter is transferred to the visualized human-computer interface,which has the advantages of high calculation accuracy,high design efficiency,flexible and convenient use.The problem of site selection of water supply station is taken from the research and design of the location of supply stations in the water supply network of a city.This thesis transforms the location problem of the tap water supply station to the classic problem of the optimization of the facility location(Weber problem or P Center problem).The solution of this thesis is mainly divided into two parts,which are layout optimization and minimum cost flow.In this thesis,we adopt the variable neighborhood descent local search algorithm to complete the layout optimization part,and use the zkw minimum cost flow algorithm to complete the minimum cost flow part,and the two part is implemented by using C++ programming language to form an executable program,the site selection of water supply station in a city is verified by example,and the correctness and practicability of the algorithm in this thesis are verified,which can provide guidance for the specific installation and deployment of differential pressure flowmeters.
