There is a subglacial lake under the ice of the Antarctic continent.The subglacial lake is isolated from the outside world,and its unique water environment may provide information on the evolution of microorganisms and the paleoclimate of the earth.In order to explore these scientific issues,it is necessary to directly obtain samples of the lake under the ice.Sampling and observation of the lake water can be achieved through the subglacial lake detector.Based on the background of the subject,this thesis analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and designs a measurement and control system for the recyclable detector of the Antarctic subglacial lake.It is mainly composed of three parts:the distributed measurement and control system under the ice,the high-voltage power transmission system,and the upper computer software of the ice surface measurement and control system.The under-drilling measurement and conti'ol distributed measurement and control system is based on STM32F103 single-chip microcomputer,using RS485 bus embedded system,mainly to complete the sensor data acquisition in the drilling tool,the built-in winch control of the drilling tool,and the communication based on the power line carrier technology and the host computer software.High-voltage power transmission system loads high-voltage and high-power power transmission.The upper computer of the ice surface measurement and control system is mainly used to receive and display the key parameters of the system in real time,and can also send control commands to the measurement and control system while drilling.The main content of the thesis consists of five parts:system overall design,system hardware design and implementation,embedded system software design,PC software design and implementation,system debugging.This thesis first determines the overall design of the system,and divides the overall plan into multiple sub-plans for design,and then details the hardware and software design of the system.The circuit design includes a main eontrol circuit and a slave circuit composed of various sensor systems.The system software design is divided into under-ice embedded software design and ice surface computer software design.In the commissioning phase,the system test platform was built,and the heating control system test,the measurement and control system while drilling,the carrier communication system test,the sensor system test,and the high and low temperature test of the whole system were completed.In this thesis,a set of recyclable pollution-free detector measurement and control system for Antarctic subglacial lake is developed.The system has completed environmental simulation experiments in the laboratory.The test results show that the system can operate stably and reliably under the low temperature of minus 40 degrees Celsius.Meet the requirements of the extremely harsh working environment.
