In order to investigate commonly used antimicrobial drug-resistance of Staphylococcus isolated from pig at different sites(nasal and anal)in different season(summer and winter)farm in Xinjiang.The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of the nine antimicrobial drugs to Staphylococcus isolated from pig at different sites.The broth dilution method was used to detect nine antibacterial resistance of Staphylococcus and difference of drug-resistance rate was analyzed by SPSS.By PCR method detecting cfr,fexA and fexB genes in Staphylococcus isolated,the cfr,fexA and/or fexB positive strains were amplified by 16 S rRNA sequence for species identification.At the same time,detecting resistance gene that these 5 kinds of horizontal transmission influenced cfr,fexA and fexB gene transmission of mobile components IS21-558(including: istAS and istBS)and Tn558 gene(including: tnpA,tnpB,tnpC),the aim was to investigate the possible mechanisms of cfr,fexA,and fexB genes in Staphylococcus.The exact results were as follows:1.Drug resistance of Staphylococcus isolates isolated from different sites indicated: The main resistance of Staphylococcus isolates from anal rate to amikacin,gentamicin,tetracycline,florfenicol,levofloxacin,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid 6 kinds of antibacterial drugs resistance rates were higher than the isolated Staphylococcus isolates from nasal swabs 20.28%?17.41%?7.35%?8.60%?9.31% and 11.56%.In the 8 and 9 resistance,the resistance rate of Staphylococcus isolated from the anal was higher than that of the isolated from anal Staphylococcus isolated from nasal swabs 17.2% and 4.5%.The main drug resistance phenotype of Staphylococcus isolates from the anal was 8 resistance TE-FFC-DF-A/C-OX-CM-GEN-RFP(39/95,41.1%),The main drug resistance phenotype of Staphylococcus isolates from the nasal was 7 resistance.2.Antimicrobial resistance of swine Staphylococcus isolated in summer and winter two seasons display: the resistance rates of Staphylococcus isolated from the rectum in summer were higher than resistance rates of Staphylococcus isolated from the rectum in winter to amikacin,florfenicol,levofloxacin,benzene and clindamycin 5 kinds of antimicrobial drugs 50.4%,1.9%,9.3%,4.6% and 4.8%.Resistance rates of Staphylococcus isolates from nasal cavity in summer were lower than resistance rates of Staphylococcus isolates from nasal cavity in winter to amikacin,benzene,gentamicin,levofloxacin,tetracycline,clindamycin and rifampicin 5 kinds of antibacterial drugs 2.4%?2.8%?2.8%?7.3% and 0.2%.The percentage of multidrug resistance of Staphylococcus isolated from rectal rectum in summer increased from 22% to 38.5% in winter,and the percentage of resistant percentage of winter rectal bacteria was higher than that of rectal bacteria(P < 0.05)in summer.Staphylococcus in 1 resistant,2 resistant,3 resistant and 8 resistant,was much higher in the winter rectal isolates than in the summer rectal isolates,they were respectively 0.1%,0.7%,6.8% and 16.5%.Staphylococcus isolated from nasal cavity in summer was 2 resistant,3 resistant,7 resistant,8 resistant and 9 resistant.The percentage of multi drug isolates was lower than that of winter nasal cavity isolates,decreased by 2.4%,2.8%,2.8%,7.3% and 0.2%,and the percentage of 6 nasal bacteria in summer was significantly lower than that of winter nasal bacteria(P < 0.05).3.cfr,fexA and fexB gene detection rate of Staphylococcus was 0.34%,0.51% and 0%.Carrying cfr and fexA positive strains detected IS21-558 mobile devices(istAS,istBS)transpose gene and transpose Tn558(tnpA,tnpB,tnpC),horizontal transmission mechanism may predict cfr and fexA gene in Staphylococcus.By detecting IS21-558 moving elements(istAS,istBS)and Tn558 transpose genes(tnpA,tnpB,tnpC)in a positive strain predicted the possible level of transmission of cfr and fexA in Staphylococcus.Conclusion: the resistance of Staphylococcus isolated from different seasons and different parts is very serious to antibiotics,resistance rate of Staphylococcus isolates from the anal drug is more serious than the nasal drug resistance;Staphylococcus isolates from different sites of the majority of the drug resistance rates and seasonal drug used had seasonal correlation.Detecting cfr and fexA genes in species of Staphylococcus.The detection of the mobile elements and the related enzyme genes further shows that they have a greater risk of spreading among the strains,it is suggested that the above genes are likely to be prevalented in the local farms in the short term.
