The study as index the NDV,was separated the activity component uygur medicine of FA,search the resistance of antiviral effect of active ingredients in vitro,and sulfated,combine the antiviral action of sulfated or not sulfated in vivo and in vitro,select the sulfated better.The main results were as follows:1)The polysaccharide by the methods of water frying alcohol sink,flavonoids extraction,polyphenols by ultrasonic method,alkaloids using super living auxiliary extraction method,volatile oil by steam distillation extraction and determination of the content.FAP content and yield of 63.80%,1.27%respectively,and polyphenol content and yield of 19.00%,1.82%respectively,flavone content and yield of21.00%,9.11%respectively.Alkaloid content and yield of 25.40%,21.77%respectively.Volatile oil content and yield of 60.40%,2.00%respectively.2)The effects of active ingredients in vitro against NDV,was both of them has antiviral activity,including FAP direct killing effect of NDV and inhibitory effect is better than blocking effect of NDV.3)FAP purification and sulfated results show that:?1?D900 effect is better,the FAP yield is 16.15%,content is 69.53%;Sephadex G-100 dextran gel column showed that the polysaccharide had a sugar peak through Sephadex G-100 with a yield of 10%.?2?FAP were set to modify the conditions,and three kinds of sulfated polysaccharides sFAP0.6,sFAP1.3 and sFAP2.1 were obtained.The polysaccharide sulfation was successfully identified by infrared spectroscopy.4)The anti-virus effect of cFAP1,cFAP2 and three kinds of sulfated modified substances in vitro showed that the antiviral activity of cFAP2 was stronger than that of cFAP1,sulfated polysaccharide sFAP1.3?80.44%?and blocking?77.31%?had stronger antiviral effect than the other two modified polysaccharides.The direct killing effect of sFAP0.6 was stronger than that of the other two polysaccharides.5)cFAP2,sFAP1.3.3 to comparative study the results showed that cFAP2and sFAP1.3.3 could increase and prolong the antibody level of the body.The protective rate of sFAP1.3 group was significantly higher than that of cFAP2 group,reaching 30.2%and the cure rate was significantly higher than that of cFAP2 group?13.4%?.The mortality of sulfated polysaccharides was lower than that of un-sulfated polysaccharides,and the protection rate of sulfated polysaccharides was higher than that of unsulfated polysaccharides.Again,sulfation could increase the antiviral activity of polysaccharides...
