Geological Characteristics And Propecting On Blinded Ore Bodes Of Banmiaozi Gold Deposit,Jilin Province

The Banmiaozi Gold deposit,which belongs to the western part of the Jiapigou gold metallogenic belt,is located 50 km east away from Huadian City,Jilin Province.At present,28 industrial ore bodies have been discovered and delineated in the mining area,and the ore types mainly include pyrite fossil quartz vein type,pyrite type,chalcopyrite type et al.The ore textures mainly includes semi-automorphic,automorphic granular structure,crushing structure,allotriomorphic granular texture and droplet structure.The ore structure mainly includes strip structure,net vein structure,mass structure,disseminated structure and breccia structure.Alteration consist of silicification,carbonation,chlorinization and sericitization.The mineralization process can be divided into seven mineralization stages: quartz-polymetallic stage,quartz-pyrite stage(early),quartz-pyrite stage(late),gold-pyrite stage,gold-polymetallic stage,carbonate-pyrite stage and epigenetic oxidation stage.After many years of mine production observation,combined with previous studies on primary halos,it is considered that sandaogou formation of jiapigou rock group is the main source layer of gold mineralization in this area.Near NWW trending brittle shear fault structure is the main ore-controlling structure.Mesozoic diabase veins are closely related to the spatial distribution of gold ore bodies.Summing up the main prospectingmarks in the mining area,the sandaogou formation is the stratigraphic mark;The NWW brittle shear fault is a tectonic mark.Diabase vein is the sign of dyke;Silicification and pyrite become alteration marks of surrounding rocks;Au and Bi element anomalies are the indicators of primary halos prospecting.Low resistivity and high polarizability are geophysical prospecting criteria.On this basis,establishes the classification criterion and the prospecting target areas classification,the whole mining area target was divided into three categories A,B,C,A total of 10 prospecting target areas),and on the basis of the existing work,the 10 prospecting target area was divided into ?,?,? level.
