With the continuous development of urbanization and the emergence of a series of environmental problems,people begin to pay attention to the environment they live in.This paper selects 10 representative national-level new districts as research areas and studies on the suitability of human settlements in national new areas based on multi-source remote sensing images data that are better than 1m resolution,DEM elevation data,surface coverage classification data and geographical conditions data(including geographic national conditions factor data and thematic data).Evaluating suitability of human settlements in new areas and determining the level of the development of the new areas can make a big difference on strengthening the construction level of livable city,creating a suitable environment for human living,the development of geographical condition monitoring and the city.The research contents are as follows.(1)The evaluation index system based on relevant data of national new area is constructed.The data source is based on multi-source remote sensing image data,which are better than 1 m resolution,DEM elevation data,land cover classification data,geographical conditions data.On the basis of the data source pre-processing,the internal image integration and information extraction of remote sensing image data are performed,so that the geographic data is produced.With the help of relevant professional software tools,such as Ecognition and ArcGIS,the new district human habitation suitability evaluation database is established.Based on the database,a suitable evaluation index system for human settlements environment is constructed.Then calculate the indexs.(2)Uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on geographical conditions data to evaluate the state of suitability of human settlements in 10 new areas.The evaluation method firstly establishes evaluation factors and evaluation level classifications of the suitability of human settlements in 10 new areas,and the distribution membership function of the lower half trapezoid and the ascending half trapezoid is constructed for the positive and negative indexes.Then calculate the weight by using AHP_entropy weight method,and gets the evaluation results of human settlements in 10 new areas by compound calculation.Shanghai Pudong New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area is a very high state of suitability of human settlements,Chongqing Liangjiang New Area,Qingdao Xihaian New Area and Dalian Jinpu New Area are in good condition,Lanzhou New Area and Guizhou Guian New Area are in a poor state and the rest are in general condition.(3)The evaluation model of residential environment and economic coordination is used to analyze the suitability evaluation model of human settlements in national new area.Calculate the coordinate degree of living environment and economic development in 10 new areas by using the coordinate development evaluation model of living environment and economic development.The result shows that the degree of living environment and economic development has the consistency with evaluation results of suitability of human settlements.Through the consistency,we can see that the differences in the suitability of human settlements in each national new area are mainly reflected in the degree of economic development.At the same time,through the consistency,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of human settlements is examined.The model can provide a scientific and feasible evaluation method of human settlements environment suitability.
