As an underground rail vehicle,the metro has begun to be built in more and more cities in China due to its large transportation capacity,good stability and fast speed.During the construction of the metro,the construction efficiency of the metro construction technology and the large workload,as well as the collapse and distortion of the metro construction site caused by large-scale surface subsidence,have become increasingly important.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out settlement monitoring on the metro surface and conduct effective analysis and management based on the monitoring data.Through the scientific management of the field measured data,it is convenient to analyze and summarize the settlement law of the subway surface from the surface settlement data,and improve the efficiency of metro construction.At the same time,through research and analysis of the settlement law of metro surface,it is possible to predict the future development trend of metro surface subsidence and provide a reliable basis for metro construction safety protection work.In this paper,how to use the monitoring data of Metro surface subsidence to predict the surface subsidence and how to provide scientific data management methods are taken as the breakthrough point.Taking the surface subsidence monitoring project of a section of Changchun Metro Line 2 as an example,the following research is carried out:(1)Based on the analysis of the principles and prediction methods of BP neural network,grey GM(1,1)and Logistic time function,this paper studies the monitoring scheme of surface subsidence of Changchun Metro Line 2,and analyses the influence of geological conditions on surface subsidence.Taking the monitoring data of surface subsidence of a section of Changchun Metro Line 2 as a sample,BP neural network model,grey GM(1,1)model,Logistic time function model and grey-BP neural network are used to predict the surface subsidence of Changchun Metro Line 2,and a prediction model suitable for predicting the surface subsidence of Changchun Metro Line 2 is obtained.(2)Based on the requirement of Metro surface subsidence data management,taking ArcGIS Engine as the development platform and using C# language to redevelop GIS,a metro surface subsidence management system is designed to meet the needs of users' query,input and analysis of Metro surface subsidence data management,and then the surface subsidence data of Changchun Metro Line 2 is managed to realize the system's monitoring number of surface subsidence.Management of data.
