In the 21st century,with the growing world population,growing shortage of land resources and human deepening marine scientific research,humans begin to realize the importance of marine resources for its survival and development.However some bad phenomenons have emerged in our country,such as disorder and excessive exploitation to marine resources and the deterioration of the marine environment.Nowadays,most parts of our country still depended on field monitoring to complete supervision of the marine environment,which is not only inefficient but also caused great waste of resources.In recent years,the rapid development of aerospace remote sensing technology,which has a series of advantages,such as wide observation range,short monitoring period,low cost and so on,provides us with a new means to monitor marine environment and supervise marine development and utilization.Therefore,for the current status of supervision of the marine environment,we need to develop a dynamic monitoring system of marine environment based on remote sensing data.The purpose of the study is to design and implement a dynamic monitoring system of marine environment based on remote sensing data that has ocean data management and sharing,project monitoring and early warning of marine,ocean-related comprehensive data analysis,island carrying capacity assessment and data visualization capabilities by analyzing the specific needs of the current embodiment of the marine environment monitoring,the significance of a large number of marine remote sensing data for dynamic monitoring of the marine environment,the current specific needs of the marine and fishery sectors for dynamic surveillance and monitoring of marine environment.The ocean data management and sharing part includes:data acquisition,data cleansing and data sharing;the ocean monitoring and project early warning part mainly includes:ocean project tracking and warning;the ocean data analysis and visualization part mainly includes:islands data analysis,environmental data analysis and law enforcement data analysis.The island carrying capacity of this project mainly refers to the ecological carrying capacity,which is evaluated by the model that combines energy analysis method and solar radiation model.The model uses a quadratic function curve to fit daily variation of solar radiation values and uses the ratio of annual solar radiation of island and emergy per capita as the ecological carrying capacity of the island.In short,the system will provide more efficient,intelligent and simple founctions to dynamically monitor marine environment by making full use of remote sensing data.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of system development and the structural arrangement are introduced,and related technologies of system are described in more detail in the thesis;Secondly,the system is subjected to a more detailed analysis,including business requirements analysis,technical requirements analysis and functional requirements analysis,and the design of overall architecture,functional modules,and database of the system is discussed based on the system needs;What's more,the implementation and functional test of the system are given in the thesis;Finally,the main work of this study is summarized,and the direction for future work is pointed out.
