In this paper,the inverse heat conduction problem of time fractional diffusion process is studied,the ill-posedness and conditional stability results of the problem are discussed.We consider the quasi-reversibility regularization method to obtain its approximate solution,give the error estimate between the approximate solution and the exact solution.Finally,numerical examples are used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the corresponding regularization methods.
