At present, the manner to use satellite meteorological data to study aeronautical meteorological problems became the mainstream.Satellite meteorological data can provide more intuitive and accurate meteorological data with unparalleled superiority. The main idea of this paper is to study the problem of aircraft icing by using relevant satellite meteorological data. The article uses the statistical data of aircraft ice accumulated in China's airspace from 2013 to 2016,and combines the related MODIS data and Cloudsat satellite meteorological data to analyze and study the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and cloud of microphysical characteristics of the aircraft icing areas in China's airspace. The significant conclusions acquired are:The aircraft ice accumulation in China's airspace is characterized by a large number of occurrences in winter and a small number of occurrences in summer. The ice accretion is also characterized by strong ice accumulation in winter and weak ice accumulation in summer. The height range in which aircraft ice occurs is between 2000 and 6000 meters. In terms of the geographical distribution of aircraft ice accretion, the highest number area where aircraft ice accretion occurs in China is: Wenzhou,Urumqi,Chongqing,Chengdu,Kunming,Harbin and Hohhot. The cloud-water paths of aircraft icing areas in southern china ateas(Chengdu,Chongqing,Wuhan,Nanchang, and Wenzhou)are increased in turn. The emissivity of clouds in Hulunbeier,Urumqi,Lanzhou and Ningshan is smaller than that in Chengdu,Chongqing,Wuhan and Sanya. The emissivity distribution of clouds in Chengdu,Chongqing and Wuhan has a certain Similarity. In some aircraft icing areas in China's airspace(Hulunbeier,Ningshan,Urumqi,Wenzhou,Chengdu and Sanya),the liquid water content in the cloud is mainly concentrated between 0 and 200 mg/m3,and the effective radius of liquid water particles in the cloud is mainly distributed in Between 100?m and 200?m;the content of ice particles in the cloud is mainly concentrated between 0~20mg/m3,and the effective radius of ice particles in the cloud is mainly distributed between 500?m and 1000?m.
