Sonic drilling technology is an efficient and environmental-friendly drilling technology.It has high-efficiency drilling and high sampling quality,and it is widely used in many fields.The working principle of the sonic drilling is using high-frequency vibration to liquefy the sand and quickly drill.Therefore,the vibration reduction technology of sonic drilling power head is the key technology of the sonic drilling Compared with other countries,domestic technology of power head vibration reduction still has a big gap.In this paper,the sonic drilling damping system is taken as the research object.The combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and simulation is used to propose a structural design that uses high compression,low stiffness and low damping characteristics of high pressure air to reduce vibration.Analyzing the reducing vibration of power head system performance and the characteristics of the vibration of power head,we get some results.Firstly,according to the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the power head,the mechanical model is obtained,and the stiffness eoefficient and damping characteristics of vibration isolation system are analyzed.The relationship between the damping performance and the system frequency ratio and the damping ratio is obtained.The stiffness coefficient change curve.Using the 3D design software to carry out the rough design of the structure;it lays the foundation for the subsequent numerical simulation and simulation.Secondly,numerical simulation is used to simulate the different structural parameters of the sealing part in the three-dimensional structure.The influence of different structural parameters on the sealing performance is analyzed.And the relationship between different structural parameters and sealing performance is obtained.Based on the engineering practice,the optimum size combination is obtained by comparison.Finally,using the simplified model for the design of the structure of the vibration isolation performance simulation,it is concluded that the equivalent stress and the displacement nephogram,analysis of the vibration frequency,the initial pressure,high pressure gas system stiffness and damping vibration absorber system of the relationship between performance and using displacement vibration level difference to judge the effect of vibration reduction of the simulation results.The optimal frequency ratio and pressure are proposed,and the deficiencies of this paper in the design process are pointed out,which can provide reference for the subsequent design of other vibration reducing schemes.
