Three-dimensional craniofacial reconstruction technology is based on the intrinsic relationship between skull and face, according to the tissue thickness to reconstruct three-dimensional facial surface model. In this paper, reconstruct facial surfaces based on skull landmark and tissue thickness indicators. The determination of tissue thickness and the reconstruction of facial organs are difficult. The determination of tissue thickness indicators is to segment the triangular mesh surface of the skull, determine the tissue thickness at the mesh points in each region, and then determine the tissue thickness of all the skull points. The restoration of facial organs is to divide the organs into regions, design the contour curve of the region by using Bessel curve, and then triangulate each region.Triangular mesh surface plays an important role in the modeling of three-dimensional objects, getting rid of the traditional NURBS method to impose extremely strict constraints on the parameter domain, and greatly reduces the number of surface control points and allows the control points to be freely arranged. This paper attempts to generate facial surfaces by using polyhedral splines under arbitrary triangular mesh surfaces.Polyhedral splines satisfy the requirements of practicability and smoothness of surface design, and can exert their great advantages in regular meshes and arbitrary meshes. Finally, texture mapping is performed on the generated surface.
