Particle physics is a branch of physics that studies the basic particles of matter and their interactions. The standard model of particle physics describes strong interaction, electromagnetic interaction and weak interaction in a unified way.It has withstood the test of high-energy experiments and achieved unprecedented success. But some problems remain unresolved,so new physics beyond the standard model is required. The two-Higgs doublet model?2HDM?,one of many new physics, adds a scalar Higgs doublet to the standard model. In the minimal flavor violation case, the two-Higgs doublet model is divided into type-? and type-C model. Many observables related to the neutral meson mixings have been measured, and these experimental measurements could be used to test various new physics models. In this paper,Bs0-???s0,Bd0-???d0,D0-???0 and K0-???0 mixings are explored in the 2HDMs with minimal flavor violation?MFV?.Based on the existing experimental measurements,we give the constrained NP couplings in type-? and type-C models with the real and complex couplings. We have found that:?1?In the case of real couplings,the,Bs0,Bd0 and K0 mixings may give obvious bounds on the upper limits of |Au|.The D0 mixing could obviously constrain the upper limits of |Ad|.The finally effective allowed spaces come from the Bs0,Bd0 and D0 mixings in the type-? model and come from the BS0,D0 and K0 mixings in the type-C model. And the constrained NP couplings have no very large effects on ASLS,d,??Bd,yBd,?sc???s,?dc???d,?12s and ?12d,which have not been measured or well measured yet,in both type-? and type-C models.?2?In both type-? and type-C models with the complex couplings, the experimental measurements of the Bs0,D0 and K0 mixings give the finally effective constraints on the NP couplings, and the finally constrained NP couplings still could have very large effects on the CP-violating phases ?qc???q,mixing phases ?12q and the flavor specific CP asymmetry AqSL of the Bs0 mixings. We have find that these phases are very sensitive to the relative phase ?,but they have the reverse trends of changes to ? between type-? and type-C models.
