The key components that affect the loss of electrical equipment are electrical magnetic materials such as transformers,motor cores,etc.How to minimize the magnetic loss of electrical materials is a subject that must be studied in the field of electrical engineering.At present,accurately simulating the magnetic loss characteristics of electrical materials is a frontier and hot spot in the field of electrical engineering.Therefore,the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the numerical simulation of the loss characteristics of Soft Magnetic Composite(SMC)materials are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the three-dimensional magnetic property measuring instrument designed by Professor Yongjian Li of Hebei University of Technology,the magnetic properties of the SMC material cubic sample were first measured.Secondly,the SMC material ring sample and the non-oriented silicon steel sheet 35ww270 were measured using the TD8510 magnetic performance test system.Then collect data to establish a magnetic property database.Finally,focus on the pixel point method to calculate the hysteresis loop area,analyze the relationship among hysteresis loss,frequency and hysteresis loop area.It provides a theoretical basis for the parameter determination of the hysteresis loss model.2.Based on the analysis of hysteresis loss parameters,the calculation parameters are defined as functions of frequency,and the modified Steinmetz model(MSM)and the modified Bertotti model(MBM)are obtained.Based on this,the SMC material cubic sample,the SMC material ring sample and the non-oriented silicon steel sheet 35ww270 were modeled.A specific modified MSM model and MBM model of the magnetic material were obtained.3.Based on the improved magnetic loss model,the hysteresis loss of the SMC material cubic and ring samples under different excitation conditions is simulated,and the calculation results are compared with the experimental measurements and the simulation model of Xiaofang Liu's modified model(LMM).The results were compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved MSM and MBM models.4.Based on the improved method of this paper,the magnetic loss model of non-oriented silicon steel sheet was established.The magnetic loss of non-oriented silicon steel sheet under different excitation conditions was analyzed.The versatility of the improved model was verified by comparing the calculation results with the experimental results.The hysteresis loss of the SMC material under the rotating field is calculated,which provides a theoretical calculation basis for the calculation of the hysteresis loss of the SMC material in the engineering application field.
