Wulong gold deposit is a typical hydrothermal quartz vein type gold deposit located in the Wulong gold concentration area in eastern Liaoning Province.On the basis of previous research results,guided by the theoretical methods of ore field tectonic geology,combined with a large number of field investigations and production data of the mining area,this paper studies the structural characteristics of NNE-80 vein and NW-163 vein in Wulong gold deposit,summarizes the evolution history of tectonic stress field in the mining area,summarizes the metallogenic regularity,and provides a theoretical basis for further prospecting and prediction work.Most of the ore-bearing structures in the mining area are NW-trending and NNEtrending.The early NW-trending ore-controlling structures are tensional faults,and in the metallogenic period is compressive-shear faults.The NW-trending orebody is short and small in plane,with its composition zones appearing in disorder,irregular in shape,dendritic,lenticular and intermittent distribution,wide when steep and narrow when gradual in profile.The NNE-trending ore-controlling structures are compression-shear faults,which extend more stably than NW-trending faults.The ore bodies have better continuity.On the plane,the ore veins are in the form of dilation and contraction,and the lenses are beaded in pinch-out reappearance.On the section,the ore bodies are narrow when steep and wide when gradual.In plane,the two groups of faults are in conjugate shape,and the NW-trending orebody is larger than the NNE-trending orebody.Based on the analysis of ore body shape and grade distribution,there is a trend of ore body enrichment at the intersection of two ore-controlling structures.The NW-trending and NNE-trending faults show a relaxed wavy shape on the section,but the arc wavelength of NW-trending faults is smaller than that of NNE-trending faults.However,with the increase of depth,vein inversion and occurrence change occur and reverse.Based on the occurrence measurement and statistical analysis of the main orebody,secondary pyrite veins and mineralized alteration zones of gold deposits at various locations on the surface and underground of the mining area,and combined with previous research results,the evolution of the tectonic stress field in the mining area can be summarized as follows: SN direction in the first stage before mineralization,NW-SE compressive tectonic stress field in the second stage.The tectonic stress field of NNW-SSE compression in the first stage and NWW-SEE extension in the second stage of metallogenic period.SN-trending compression in the first stage and EW-trending compression in the second stage after mineralization.According to the structural analysis of the ore field,the summary of the rules of structural ore control and the data of the mining area,the deep part of the mining area has good prospecting prospects.According to the law of gold grade distribution,when the 80 orebody extends to the deep part in the sub-level of-800 meters,it has the prospect of finding rich orebodies between the north side of 751 exploration line and 701 exploration line,and the orebody may reverse tilt to 290 degrees in the sub-level of-850 meters.No.163 orebody extends steadily to the deep and crosses the Jixingou fault in 320 degrees below the ES section of 439 A exploration line and the sub-level of-796 m,which has good prospecting potential.
