With the continuous development of computer and multimedia technology,images as one of the main information carriers may involve a large amount of personal privacy information and other important information.However,in the era of big data,the pixels of images continue to increase,the size of a single image file continues to increase,and the number of images is increasing dramatically.Therefore,how to encrypt images safely and efficiently becomes a research difficulty.In recent years,the natural parallelism of quantum computing has brought a new research idea for image encryption with huge amount of data.This paper takes quantum image encryption technology as the research content,and devotes itself to exploring a safe and efficient lightweight quantum image encryption algorithm.The main research contents include the following three points.(1)This paper studies several typical quantum image representation methods,and analyzes their features and differences.At the same time,for each quantum image representation method,this paper also discusses its applicable scenes.The above work provides a basis for the selection of quantum image representation methods involved in quantum image encryption algorithms.(2)From the perspective of "Classically-inspired QIE(Quantum Image Encryption)",this paper introduces the wavelet transform in classical image encryption into the field of quantum image encryption,and proposes a quantum image encryption and decryption algorithm based on wavelet transform.Since the characteristic of most information is centralized in the low frequency part after performing the wavelet transform,only the low-frequency part of the image is XORed to achieve the encryption.At the same time,the quantum circuits are designed,and simulation and theoretical analysis demonstrate that the quantum image encryption algorithm has higher security and lower computational complexity.(3)From the perspective of "Optics-based QIE",by making full use of the characteristics of quantum entanglement and parallelism,this paper also presents a quantum image encryption algorithm based on quantum key image.This paper first proposed the quantum key image,it is a special quantum image which is used to store the encryption keys.This paper uses the GQIR(Generalized Quantum Image Representation)quantum image representation method,the gray value of the quantum key image is the key stream generated by the encryption algorithm.When encrypting,the plain image does the XOR operations with the key image bit by bit.The circuit of the encryption algorithm is designed,and simulation and theoretical analysis are carried out to verify the proposed encryption algorithm.It has high encryption efficiency and large key space.In summary,two lightweight quantum image encryption algorithms are designed from two perspectives,especially the quantum image encryption algorithm based on quantum key image.The concept of quantum key image is proposed,which simplifies the encryption complexity by using the characteristics of quantum superposition storage.It can encrypt massive images efficiently.In addition,as a new encryption method,quantum key image has certain universality.For example,the quantum image encryption algorithm based on wavelet transform can be implemented by quantum key image,which further improves the encryption efficiency.
