The land use causes changes of the regional ecosystem services value through affecting the structure and function of ecosystem and this affection is more prominent in the northwestern regions with poor natural conditions and greater interference from human activities. With the regional ecological security construction and sustainable development strategy as the purpose the research on the influence of the changes of land use on the ecosystem services value has great significance. As the typical ecological transition zone,Yanchi County,Ningxia bears the double pressure of natural conditions and social development. Therefore, the research on the land use changes and ecosystem services value helps to understand the interaction between land use and ecosystem services value and is of great significance for the rational use of land resources in Yanchi County, social economy healthily development and regional sustainable development. In this research, the ENVI 5.3 and ArcGIS 10.2 is used to interpret the remote sensing images of six phases of Yanchi County in 2000,2003,2006,2010,2013 and 2017 and the rationality and differentiation of temporal and spatial characteristics of land utilization are analyzed. Moreover, the existing research results at home and abroad and the actual situation of Yanchi County are combined to correct the model and obtain the ecosystem services value of Yanchi County. Finally, the correlation and contribution rate between land use and ecosystem services value are analyzed.Through the above research, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The main land use types in Yanchi County are divided into six categories, namely, arable land, woodland, grassland, water, construction land and unused land and the land use of Yanchi County in 2017 was based on grassland, arable land and unused land, accounting for 55.31%,25.08%and 9.18%of the total area respectively and the water area was the smallest, accounting for only 0.39%of the total area.(2)The land use area of woodland, unused land, grassland, construction land, water and arable land in Yanchi County changed in descending order from 2000 to 2017 and the transfer between woodland and arable land, woodland and grassland, construction land and grassland, construction land and arable land, arable land and unused land, grassland and unused land was relatively frequent.(3)The ecosystem services value quantity of Yanchi County increased from 69.39×108 yuan to 72.66×108 yuan in 2000?2017.Because of the grassland area was the largest which made the ecosystem service value of the grassland the largest, indicating that ecosystem service function of the grassland occupied the prominent position in Yanchi County. The next are arable land and woodland while the ecosystem services value quantity of the unused land is the smallest. In the past 20 years, the ecosystem services value quantity of woodland had increased the most and the ecosystem services value quantity of arable land was the smallest. This further illustrates the role of returning farmland to forests and ecological construction.(4)The relevance order of land use changes and ecosystem service value in Yanchi County during 2000?2017 is as follows:woodland>grassland>unused land>construction land>water.Among the different land utilization ecosystem services contribution rates, the woodland, grassland and water are the main contributing factors and the sum of the three is more than 90%.The ecosystem services contribution rates of other land types are relatively lower. The growth of woodland in Yanchi County is the most important reason for the increase of ecosystem services value quantity. With the large increase in woodland area, the contribution rate of ecological differentiation of woodland is the highest, reaching 187.29%while the decrease of grassland has brought the contribution rate of ecological differentiation of-33.96%.
