Exploration data show that the micro pore structure of reservoir rock geology,will affect the reservoir of oil and gas reservoir and seepage ability.The porosity and throat distribution of oil reservoir is understanding.Basis on estimation of oil and gas reserves and analysis of oil and gas reservoir capacity.So the research has important significance to the microstructure and porosity of rock deep throat revealed,for the development of oil and gas reservoir exploration further has a practical significance.In the industry of petroleum geology for rock reservoir were studied and a series of achievements were obtained.There had many methods for the determination of porosity and throat in geological reservoirs,but the existing determination methods have high requirements for equipment condition of instrument,caused by high pressure to a certain extent irreversible destruction of primary porosity of rock,mineral quartz rocks of pore and throat judgment influence.In recent years,nanotechnology has been developing rapidly,widely used in various field and forming a cross discipline.A series of multifunctional nano materials with a variety of functions,compared with single function has more extensive application scope,favored by researchers.The magnetic fluorescent nanometer silica materials due to have good magnetic,fluorescent,easy modification,biocompatibility and other characteristics have been widely used in biomedical imaging.Determination of pore and throat problems of magnetic fluorescent bifunctional nano silica has the advantages of geological and based on the chemical synthesis of magnetic fluorescent bifunctional silica as nano probe,application in the rock imaging analysis,which provides a new method for the determination of porosity and throat.According to sol-gel method Fe3O4 and fluorescent dye were coated on silica nanoparticles,preparation of magnetic fluorescent bifunctional.The morphology of as prepared nanomaterials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,determination of magnetic strength of composite nano materials with hysteresiscope,the fluorescence intensity was measured,withing the fluorescence spectrophotometry.The results showed that the prepared nanoparticles were spherical,uniform particle size,a botryose,the particle size was about 20-120 nm.The hysteresis loop was found with nano material coated magnetic strength significantly reduced,but the degree of decrease and magnetic particle size has no apparent relationship after the synthesis of magnetic fluorescent materials.With fluorescence intensity and fluorescence excitation and emission wavelength of fluorescent dye solution compared with pure,there were certain blue shift and the red shift phenomenon.With the increase of particle size of nanoparticles,the percentage of Fe3O4 decreases and the ratio of Dye/Fe increasesc.The fluorescent magnetic nano materials synthesis into the rock image analysis experiment,found that the pore and throat have strong fluorescence intensity.The sandstone shale can not only obviously observed in the specific position and shape of pores and throats but also on the edge of pore situation.It can clearly observe the different pore types and good at small pores observed.Compared with the traditional determination results,this method is more close to the gas adsorption data of porosity results;qualitative and quantitative analysis by using the software of porosity and throat of the samples.In order to verify accuracy of the method,fluorescent magnetic nanomaterials imaging contrast experiment of porosity and permeability of the rock gas method after the measured porosity is 2.70%,5.77%,8.18%,10.21%,4.46%,and3.21%for shale gas,using isothermal expansion principle?Boyle's law?the determination of the porosity of sandstone were 3.33%,6.18%,8.91%,11.82%,shale porosity is 3.77%,5.12%,two methods of data are similar,the range of acceptable limits.The experiment results show that using coated magnetic fluorescent nano materials prepared by the presence of fluorescence quenching phenomenon,this attempt by chemical bonding Rhodamine B bonded on the surface of silicon shell.Compared with the pure Fe3O4 nanoparticles and pure SiO2 material after bonding is anti intergranular structure;compared with the coating prepared by nanoparticles there is an increase in fluorescence intensity,and this kind of nano materials can imaging analysis of sandstone,too.
