Land resources are the core component of land resources.They are the basis for human survival,supporting human life activities and production activities,and solving the livelihood problems of farmers.The safety of cultivated land represents the national food security,and national food security is related to whether China's social economy can develop in a healthy direction.Therefore,ensuring the safety of cultivated land resources is an important issue to maintain the sustainable development of China's social economy.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,while giving positive impacts on cultivated land resources,population growth and human “bad drive” have brought unprecedented challenges to cultivated land resources.The increase in the economic level in the process of urbanization has led to the expansion of the urban land area.This inevitably requires the borrowing of part of the cultivated land to fill the vacancies in the construction land.In the long run,there is a “borrowing” without “returning”,which will result in a large loss of cultivated land.At the same time,the town attracts a large number of peasants to migrate from the countryside to the towns.This has caused a large amount of cultivated land to be abandoned and wasted.Many urban production activities are at the expense of cultivated land.The contradiction between people and land in the use of cultivated land is increasingly sharp,which not only causes The reduction of cultivated land area also has the consequences of severe damage to the quality of cultivated land and the ecological environment.The sustainable use of cultivated land faces severe challenges.Therefore,the contradiction between the urbanization process and the protection of cultivated land has become an urgent problem for the society,which is of great significance to safeguarding the country's future food security.This dissertation takes the safety of cultivated land resources in Jiangxi Province as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the mechanism and the negative and positive impacts of urbanization on the change of cultivated land resources,and analyzes the correlation between urbanization rate and the change of cultivated land quantity;then introduces DPSIR.The model combines the actual situation of Jiangxi Province to select 20 index construction index systems for the quantity,quality and ecological security of cultivated land.The objective weight method is used to calculate the weight,and the TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the cultivated land resources safety in the study area.The analysis is carried out one by one;then the obstacle degree model is introduced to measure the obstacles of the cultivated land resources security in Jiangxi Province,and the obstacle factors affecting the safety of cultivated land are diagnosed.Finally,based on the research results of this dissertation,the methods and ways to improve the security of cultivated land resources in Jiangxi Province are proposed.The results show that the safety level of cultivated land resources in Jiangxi Province is basically rising from 2006 to 2016.By 2016,the safety status of cultivated land resources has been separated from the unhealthy state.The evaluation results of the five subsystems in the model indicate that all the cultivated land resources subsystems are coordinating.In development,there is still much room for improvement.In the obstacle degree model,the analysis of the factor layer by the indicator layer shows that the population density,the amount of pesticide used per unit of cultivated land,and the amount of film used per unit of cultivated land have the greatest impact on the safety of cultivated land resources;the analysis of the target layer by the factor layer shows that in the study The classification disorder generally has the following sequence: Pressure > Response > Status > Driving Force > Impact.In summary,the population factors in the stress factors and the main obstacle factors per unit area of pesticides,fertilizers,and film use,and the changes in agricultural machinery power influencing factors can promote the improvement of cultivated land resources safety.Therefore,this dissertation proposes countermeasures for cultivated land protection from the aspects of consolidating the land foundation,coordinating the relationship between population and cultivated land,establishing protection mechanisms and promoting land intensive use.
