Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,the scope of scientific research cooperation and the scale of digital literature are expanding.Co-authorship network is a network based on author collaboration and exhibits small world and scale-free characteristics of complex networks.And co-authorship network theme evolution is to study the law of the theme over time in the network.It has become one of the important research directions of complex networks.Therefore,it is necessary to study the laws governing the evolution of network theme by introducing relevant theoretical techniques and methods of complex networks.Due to the lack of current effective data sets and insufficient computing power,the theme evolution of research networks mainly focuses on the distribution of network themes and the evolution of subject knowledge structures.With the improvement of related technologies such as complex network community discovery and the processing power of network datasets,the research on the evolution of complex network themes is gradually becoming one of the hot research directions.This thesis takes the evolution of communities in the co-authorship network and the mobility of adjacent time-slice nodes as the research entry point.To address the shortcomings of the evolution of the fragmentation theme and the evolution of the network structure itself in the cooperation network.A research method combining vertical theme distribution and horizontal theme evolution is designed to analyze the interaction evolution mechanism or law between theme evolution and community evolution.This method makes use of complex network related technologies to explore the intrinsic dynamic mechanism of community evolution,community theme evolution and evolution on DBLP datasets,which is realistically feasible.The main work of the thesis is as follows:Firstly,it summarizes the basic concepts and characteristics of complex networks and coauthorship networks.Then it gives a brief summary and explanation of the community discovery as well as theme discovery algorithms.This thesis enumerates the research results in the current complex network theme discovery,analyzes the problems existing in the theme evolution,and determines the research ideas of this thesis.Secondly,this thesis puts forward the concept of the mobile author nodes.The experiment uses this node to construct the horizontal joint relationship change graph.By developing the important community theme and path node theme in the path of the graph,the co-authorship network theme evolves in time.The evolution law on the segment lays the foundation for the research method combining the vertical theme distribution and the horizontal theme evolution.Thirdly,to address the shortcomings of the evolution of the fragmentation theme and the evolution of the network structure itself in the cooperation network,combined with the research results of the mobile author nodes,the research method combining the vertical theme distribution and the horizontal theme evolution is designed.Through the comparative analysis of the three themes,the evolution of the horizontal theme on the evolution path of the theme and the evolution of the horizontal theme after the network segmentation time,the experimental results based on the DBLP dataset show the effectiveness of the research techniques in this thesis.Finally,this thesis analyzes the research results of this thesis and looks forward to the future research directions.
