Torreya grandis is China's rare and woody oil tree species,an excellent variety of eucalyptus,with high economic and ecological value.In order to study the impact of the Torreya grandis' compound management on soil factors,especially on the soil bacteria species,fungi species and their diversity.The change of soil nutrient elements in two treatments were discussed.In this paper,the planting of Torreya grandis base in Chenglan village,Huangshan district,Anhui province was taken as the research site.The CK and goose breeding activity were taken as different treatments.Six sample plots of 15×15m were set which used to determine the soil physical and chemical properties,bacteria and fungi,respectively.The research results are as follows:(1)The comparison of physical and chemical properties of soil under different treatments showed that there was no significant difference in soil physical properties between goose breeding activity and CK.In raising goose treatment,soil bulk density increased and water content decreased.At the same time,there was no significant difference in soil chemical properties between the goose breeding and CK.The soil pH value,K,Mg,P,C and N contents in the goose breeding activity were increased to different degrees,while the Ca content was decreased.Correlation analysis of soil physical and chemical properties showed that there was no significant correlation among pH value,K,Ca and Mg.However,C and N were significantly correlated with P,C and N were extremely significant,respectively.(2)The results of soil bacteria determination under different treatments showed that the soil bacteria in the goose breeding increased in the levels of phylum,class,order,family and genus.At the phylum level,the dominant bacteria in the goose breeding and CK were both Acidobacteria,Proteobacteria and Chlorobacteria,et al.The activity of the geese group significantly reduced the relative abundance of the Acidobacteria,which is an important group of soil bacteria.But the relative abundance of the Chlorobacteria was increased.At the genus level,there were fewer dominant bacteria and the abundance of each species was more uniform.(3)The analysis results of soil bacteria Alpha diversity and Bata diversity under different treatments showed that the coverage rate of each sample library reached 99%.Almost all the soil bacterial information was verijfied.The bacterial diversity of Torreya grandis were increased in goose breeding,the similarity of bacterial community structure decreased.The difference analysis between the two treatments showed that the phylum level of Acidobacteria and Armatimonadetes decreased significantly in goose breeding,was the same as that of bacteria.Goose breeding added Zixibacteria of bacteria.At the genus level,the number of 8 species bacteria decreased after breeding,while the other 5 species increased.A total of 13 species of bacteria were significant differences between different treatments.(4)The results of soil fungi determination under two treatments showed that the effect of goose breeding on soil fungi was the same as that of bacteria.In raising geese,the number of soil firngi species increased at each level.At the phylum level,the dominant fungi were all Ascomycota at two treatments,but the difference was significant.The relative abundance of Ascomycete decreased significantly at breeding.At the genus level,fungi species were abundant,mostly unaxmotated species.Among them,in raising geese in the forest,the community structure changed and Ceratobasidium species was added in goose breeding of Torreya grandis.(5)Through the analysis of the diversity,the growth of soil fimgi was enhanced by the breeding and the correlation between the Ascomyceta and soil C?N are strong.Difference analysis showed that Ascomycota were significant difference at two treatments.Entorrhizomycota was increased in the goose breeding activity area,while were no found in CK.At the genus level,the signification was also found in 7 species of fimgi between goose breeding and CK·After raising geese,4 new species of torreya gfandis are added.(6)Based on the above results,the goose under the Torreya grandis forest improved the soil nutrients and increased the diversity of soil bacteria and fungi.At the same time,the relative abundance of the dominant bacteria and fungi decreased in the goose breeding.The activity of goose changed the community structure of original bacteria and fungi.
