With the rapid development of open pit mines,the deepening of mining technology,and the advancement of technology,the production of mechanization and large-scale,the mine has become a complex system of multi-process,multi-link,multi-equipment,and also exist in the mine.A large number of random factors affecting production have made many mines in China unbalanced in production,low in output,and poor in efficiency.Most of the reasons can be attributed to the lack of reliability of the production system.This paper takes the reliability of an open mine production system as the research object,and carries out reliability analysis and optimization research from three operations: perforation operation,blasting operation and loading-transport-crushing operation.The main research is as follows:(1)For the perforation operation link in the system,the working capacity model of the perforation equipment is established,and the reliability of the link is estimated by the ratio of the actual working capacity and the theoretical working capacity of the perforation equipment.For the blasting operation in the system,according to the connection mode of the blasting network and the transmission mode of the detonator,the reliability models of three kinds of initiation networks,such as the single-type initiation network of the detonator tube,the single-type initiation network and the double-type crossover initiation network,are established,which provides the theoretical basis for the reliability estimation of the perforation blasting operation.(2)The reliability modeling of the open-pit mine loading-transport-crushing operation system,due to the complex structure of the system and the large amount of calculation,this paper adopts a layer-by-layer progressive calculation method,which regards the complex system as a number of The combined structure of simple subsystems,through the structural analysis of each subsystem and the Markov process derivation to determine the reliability index of the subsystem,and gradually introduce the entire loading-transport-crushing operation system by continuously adding new components.Reliability indicator.(3)In the reliability analysis of the loading-transport-crushing operation system,the method of setting the cache library is adopted to improve the reliability of the system.However,the system structure changes after the cache library is added,and the working state and the fault state are different from the previous ones.The Markov process is no longer applicable,so the paper introduces the supplementary variables to make the system into a generalized Markov process,then lists the state transition equation according to the general Markov process,and finally solves the differential equation to find the flexible system.Availability expression.(4)The analysis method of the model is applied to the engineering example,and the actual parameters are used for verification analysis.The results show that each reliability model and optimization have good accuracy and practicability.
