As one of the important infrastructures for power companies,distribution centers are key hubs for connecting grid companies or suppliers with their downstream material needs.The proper location of the distribution center directly determines the level of logistics service and distribution efficiency of the power company,which is related to the safety and economy of the overall operation of the power grid,which in turn affects the social and economic benefits of the power company.Scientific and rational planning of the location of the logistics distribution center of the power enterprise is a key measure to improve the logistics management level and resource utilization rate,reduce the operating cost,and improve the management level of the enterprise.How to optimize the decision of the location of the distribution center and enhance the distribution ability of the logistics service center has become an important research content in the current material management of power companies.In view of this,this paper combines the distribution characteristics of grid materials,comprehensive evaluation methods and multi-objective optimization related theories,and in-depth research on site selection optimization decision of material distribution center.Firstly,this paper summarizes and summarizes the relevant theories of distribution center location optimization,including power grid characteristics and classification,distribution center role and classification,logistics network composition and distribution mode,grid material storage and distribution management,distribution center location principle and method.Secondly,based on the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the location of the distribution center,the multi-dimensional evaluation index system of the distribution center location is proposed and established,and the combination weighting based on rough set theory,analytic hierarchy process and least squares method is constructed based on fuzzy The distribution center optimization model of the comprehensive evaluation method is used to score the candidate addresses.Thirdly,the comprehensive score value is taken as one of the objective functions,and the tota]cost of the material distribution center is the smallest,the capacity utilization rate of the material distribution center,and the comprehensive evaluation score of the alternative address are the objective function,and the grid material distribution center is constructed.The multi-objective optimization model is selected,and the multi-objective function is solved based on the NSGA-?algorithm to determine the final candidate facility address.Finally,the validity and applicability of the proposed model are verified by selecting the relevant basic data of the power grid center of a provincial power grid company.Based on the results of the analysis of the example,the research results obtained in this paper are summarized,and the related strategies and suggestions for the location optimization decision of the grid distribution center are put forward.Based on the research on the optimization decision of the location selection of the grid material distribution center,this paper will ensure the social and economic benefits of the power enterprise on the basis of timely,accurate and safe supply of materials,and comprehensively improve the status quo and unified development of the grid logistics distribution network.The decision-making layout of the material distribution center is of great significance.
