With the development of China's economy and the increase in population,urban traditional traffic congestion has become more and more serious.The construction of the subway has become one of the important ways for people to solve the congestion problem.The shield tunnel construction is widely used in subway construction because of its safety,convenience,speed and small impact on the ground.However,due to the complicated geological conditions and limited construction level,the problem of surface settlement has to be faced by engineers.How to control surface subsidence is a key issue that people urgently need to solve in subway tunneling.This paper firstly takes the section of the tunnel section of Shensu West Road Station and Shengli South Street Station of Shenyang Metro Line 9 as the research background,and analyzes the results of the analysis of the influence of shield method on land subsidence at home and abroad,combined with Shensu West Road Station?The scene investigation of the shield tunnel under the B section of Shengli South Street Station is difficult because the shield section is difficult and the settlement control is sensitive.In order to accurately grasp the actual shield parameters of the shield section,the targeted shield test section is specially developed.From the later observations,the setting of the test section is very necessary and successful.Secondly,for the sake of prudence,this paper uses the finite element software Plaxis to carry out numerical simulation analysis of the tunneling process according to the actual situation of the project.In the process of shield simulation,the shields of different soil thicknesses are simulated,and the variation of tunnel vault settlement,tunnel perimeter convergence and surface settlement under different soil thickness and shield closure conditions is obtained.The actual settlement of the test section is comparatively analyzed,and the settlement curve is basically the same,which confirms the scientific and rationality of the numerical simulation software,and is used for the settlement of the shield section of the B section of Shensu West Road Station and Shengli South Street Station.The introduction of control measures provides a reliable means of simulation.Finally,after analyzing the various influencing factors of the shield section in the B section of Shensu West Road Station and Shengli South Street Station,based on the shield test section and numerical simulation results,the paper is proposed to pass through the Shensu West Road Station to Shengli South Street Station.The ground settlement control measures for the B-section and the settlement of the pile foundation of the Harbin-Dalian-Taiwan General Bridge are also used to ensure the safe and smooth implementation of the project.It is also the ground settlement control technology for shield tunneling under similar engineering geological conditions.Further development of the development makes more meaningful lessons.
