Historically,the change of the Yellow River has a huge impact on the whole North China.In 132 BC,change of the Yellow River was recorded firstly Long change of the Yellow River has a great impact on geographical environment and economic development of North China and continues today.This artical selects “Feng-Pei area” as the research object,by reading ancient texts,collecting data,researching,field investigation and so on,research the geographical environment about “Feng-Pei area”1128 years ago and 1128 years late.Explain the influence about the change of the Yellow River for the whole “Feng-Pei area” since 1128.Using SWOT method to analyze the present development of agriculture and put forward solutions and optimization stategy.The results are as follows:(1)Making the time as the main shaft,probes into the natural environment response on the Yellow River changes in “Feng-Pei area” since 1128.The change of the Yellow River changes landform of Feng-Pei area,changing west to east leaning to southwest to northeast leaning.Originally many hills are drowned by yellow water,in ture,has formed three major landforms units: the Yellow River berm,Yellow pan tilt plain,lacustrine plain.Disturb structure of water-lake system,many rivers have been silting and formed new rivers.Aggravate soil to flow away,change the original pattern of water and salt.(2)Analyzing the social environment response on the Yellow River changes in “Feng-Pei area”.From two aspects of settlement environment and disaster environment,explain Fengxian county and Peixian county city moving to the city,the building of city protection dike,analyze the evolution of landscape and settlement in Feng-Pei area.Disaster environment of Feng-Pei area has a huge change and disaster happen frequently,and ccological environment becomes fragile.(3)Using SWOT method,analyze the advantages of agriculture development at present in Feng-Pei area: natural resources and foundation of agriculture.Disadvantage: the soil salinization,natural disasters,decrease of farmland,low level of science and technology.Opportunity: the government support the development of the old waterway of the Yellow River.Threat: serious pollution,market competition.And put forward the optimization strategy in view of modern agriculture sustainable development: adjust measures to local conditions,make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages,build fruit bases with local characteristics,control pollution,improve the quality of the agricultural labor,speed up scientific and technological innovation,comprehensive develop the old waterway of the Yellow River,protection land combined with using land,set up good ecological system.
