With the increase of soil erosion,the monitoring of sediment content in the Yellow River is becoming more and more important.Through the monitoring of sediment content in the Yellow River,changes in regional water quality can be understood,and potential risks can be assessed and predicted.Due to the natural flow of the Yellow River water and the huge internal turbulence,the actual monitoring of the Yellow River cement sand content is relatively uniform.In order to reduce the uniformity of sediment and water mixing in the Yellow River water under laboratory conditions,it is necessary to design a device capable of achieving uniform agitation.Solid-liquid agitation is a multi-phase flow problem,and the movement of the two meets certain rules,and simple mixing is difficult to mix evenly.In this paper,through the study of the mechanism of mixing uniformity,the Fluent software is used to simulate each impact factor,and a uniform stirring device suitable for use in the laboratory is designed according to the simulation results.Through the research on the status of solid-liquid stirring technology,the physical laws of solid-liquid stirring phenomenon were clarified,and the research method of solid-liquid stirring problem was clarified.The speed,the height of the stirrer from the bottom and whether the baffle was installed as the factors of the stirring were determined.this paper,a four-blade turbine agitator is selected as the research object.The three-dimensional model is created by CATIA and pre-processed by Gambit.In the Fluent,the standard k-epsilon turbulence model,Euler model,and multiple reference system(MRF)are used according to the actual flow state of the fluid,three kinds of influence factors affecting the mixing uniformity are simulated respectively,and the speed is 550 r/min,the height of the agitator is lower than the bottom height h=1/4T,and the optimal combination of uniform stirring is not added;As a result,the structural design and control system design of the uniform stirring device were carried out.Structural design includes overall mechanical design,mechanical component selection,and verification of key parts.Control system design includes hardwarecircuit design,key electronic component selection,PLC programming,touch screen human-computer interface design.Through the simulation of solid-liquid uniform stirring,the uniform stirring device designed to reduce the uniform mixing of sediment and water in the Yellow River water under laboratory conditions,and the uniformity of sediment and water in different environments can be achieved by setting the stirring parameters.
