With the continued increase of the proportion of the aging population and the development of economy in China, medical service needs of elderly are expanding. In order to meet the medical needs of the aging population and the make full use of medical resources, home health care,a kind of medical industry will have large market demand in the future.Currently, there are plenty of researches about home health care resource scheduling problem around the world, this paper researched the the resource scheduling in home health care problem with combination of stochastic and periodic characteristics, established a resource scheduling model to meet the requirement of stochastic and periodic home health care. The aim of the research is to schedule the service sequence and routes of the next period with the minimal resource cost(eg.service personnel),under the circumstance of the stochastics of the service date. The idea is to use the Monte Carlo simulation to find the best solution which is correspondent to reality by a reasonable Tabu search algorithm.By doing computational experiments within different scares in comparision with results calculated by other models, this thesis shows the validity of this algorithm. In order to further improve the caculation efficiency of large-scale problems, designed an effective decomposition algorithm to decompose the large scale problem into a series of small scale problems.Slove the small scale problem departley then merger the solutions, use the neighborhood search to improve the results.effectively shorten the computation time of large scale, through the method.Compared with the original method, verify the effectiveness of the decomposition algorithm.
