The data information in the database of plant chemical constituent plays a very important role in the field of biological pharmacy,food safety,etc.In the literatures of plant chemical constituent study,the authors tend to express their research in the form of plant species information,research methods,and chemical constituent information.Collecting a considerable amount of literatures of plant chemical constituent study,indexing the plant chemical constituent data in those literatures,processing and collecting the data,would be able to provide the basic data for the construction of plant chemical constituent database.To process and collect plant chemical constituent data,we need to design and develop a corresponding data processing system.First,after analyzed the demand of the task,the thesis concluded that the initial available resources are literatures of plant chemical constituent study that can gain from source site,and the main objective of the task is to produce plant chemical constituent data.According to initial resources and final data production target,the thesis analyzed the difficulties of technology application of the data processing system,that are,to design and develop a customized data processing system to realize the process from literature to plant chemical constituent data,to design and develop a data indexing functional module to obtain research data from literature,and to design quality assurance methods to ensure the quality and reliability of key data items produced by the system.Then,the thesis designed the workflow and data flow of the data processing system.Through the study of the system architecture,the layout of the system design was completed.And from the design ideas,gradually accomplished the detailed design of the entire system.Including the formation of the entity relationship diagram of the database,the analysis of data structure in the back-end database,the design of the data table,the design of function application in the front-end include collection of research literature,data indexing,data processing.In addition,the thesis discussed the design ideas and development scheme of the system design details such as database connection,full text file management and user management.Then,according to the characteristics and professional norms of the data,the thesis designed programs to check plant scientific names,compound names,and CAS Registry number three key data items in the system.It controlled the data quality accessed to the system using rule constraint.Together with the conventional data quality control method,formed a set of data quality assurance system.Finnally,the thesis completed the development of the system according to the design ideas.After testing and formal operation,the system processed about 80 thousand literatures of plant chemical constituent study,produced about 600 thousand records of plant chemical constituent data.The thesis contrasted the data produced by the system and the data indexed from manual work by expert,to validate the data quality assurance system.And discussed the data results of the system by showing the examples of chemical constituent in rice(Oryza sativa)and plant species data that contain compound ursolic acid(3beta-Hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid),to verify the effectiveness of the entire data processing system.The plant chemical constituent data processing system completed the data processing from literature to plant chemical constituent data.There is a certain breakthrough in the integrity of plant chemical constituent data as well as the amount of data.And the method of data checking reduces the error rate of the data,ensure the reliability of data output.
