After the end of World War II,the world aerospace technology has been greatly developed,along with the people to explore the unknown regions of the universe,fly higher,farther,faster "has become the pursuit of the concept of aerospace,hypersonic vehicle came into being.Hypersonic aircraft flight speed is far greater than the local flow velocity,usually by sonic flight speed more than 5 times,5 Maher(MA)or more than 6000 kilometers per hour,as judged by the hypersonic basis.In twenty-first Century,the space giants opened the prelude to the development of hypersonic vehicles,and a new round of arms race came.After some flight test,the designer of the system to realize the complexity of the development of ultrasonic supersonic aircraft,especially in high temperature and high speed flight environment,the structure of flow field and aerodynamic aircraft will produce more serious liquid solid interaction problem,is also "the aeroelastic problem",specifically,in high speed flight aircraft structure,vulnerable to high speed pneumatic flow field,thus changing the structure of aircraft,and the structure shape after the change will influence the aerodynamic flow field,the coupling phenomenon is easy to cause the aircraft operation tremor,face inversion phenomenon,seriously restricts the development of high-speed aircraft.The core of fluid solid coupling problem is to study the information interaction and data transfer between aerodynamic flow field and structural field,that is to study the data interaction between pneumatic and structural grids drawn by commercial software.The aerodynamic and structure belong to different subjects,two professional attention and research content are very different,therefore,two professional according to the needs of their professional research,draw the grid mesh format is inconsistent,there is a big difference.In order to implement data interaction in different grid formats,it is necessary to write data mapping programs to solve them.This paper studies and realizes simulation of fluid solid coupling,the high-speed aircraft flow,solid boundary data transfer method of the system,described in detail,and proposes a new method using triangular area coordinates calculation method,to partition search,write data mapping procedures according to the analysis,solution the bidirectional data mapping problem of fluid solid coupling,which is validated by simulation.
