During the process of tilting into the water,the rotating body enters the liquid phase from the gas phase in a short time.When the rotating body moves in the water,the water fluid has a certain speed relative to the rotating body,and the speed direction changes greatly instantaneously after contacting the wall surface of the rotating body.The water fluid produces vacuoles,and the form of the vacuoles has a great influence on the movement of the rotating body,so it is necessary to study.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to study the evolution mechanism of the parallel inclined water flow field of the rotary body and the motion and dynamic characteristics of the rotary body.The main research contents are as follows:Based on the RNS equation,the VOF multiphase flow model and the k-? turbulence model are selected,and the surface tension model is introduced.Based on the overlapping grid technique,the multi-phase flow evolution and the numerical simulation of the rotary body motion that can accurately describe the parallel inclined water inflow process of the rotating body are established.The method is compared with the experimental data in the literature from the two aspects of the bubble shape and the displacement curve to verify the effectiveness of the simulation method.The numerical calculations of the inclined and in-line water in the rotating body are respectively carried out,and the water is separately tilted into the water as the simulated control condition.The characteristics of the parallel flow of the rotating body and the motion characteristics are compared and analyzed,and the shape and motion of the adjacent rotating body to the cavity of the rotating body are analyzed.The impact of the characteristics.Carry out numerical calculation of parallel inclined water into the water at different inlet angles,analyze the influence of the water inlet angle on the bubble profile,analyze the influence of the water inlet angle on the lateral movement,pitch and yaw of the rotary body,and analyze the water from the angle of preventing the rotary bodies from colliding with each other.The effect of the angle on the stability of the rotor.Further research on the numerical calculation of the parallel inclined water in the rotary body when changing the motion parameters is carried out to study the evolution of the bubble shape,the motion characteristics of the rotary body and the attitude change at different axial distance,water inflow angles,angle of attack,and prevent the rotating bodies from colliding with each other to maintain the ballistic stability.The angle of the shaft,the water inlet speed,and the angle of attack are analyzed to influence the parallel flow of the rotating body into the water.
