With the wide application of laser and photoelectric measurement technology,the need for automatic detection of laser characteristic parameters is also increasing.The wavelength,pulse energy and pulse width of the laser are the basic parameters reflecting the performance of the laser.Real-time measurement of these parameters is beneficial to a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the emission characteristics of the laser.And it also provides a reference for the design of the laser.Combining the traditional laser parameter measurement system with the computer can obtain the parameter information of the laser more efficiently.And it also promotes the development of the laser measurement equipment in the direction of intelligence.Therefore,there is an important practical value for the development of a laser parameter measurement software system.First of all,this paper completes the construction of the hardware system platform,including the selection of hardware test equipment for laser energy parameters,time domain parameters,frequency domain parameters and airspace parameters.Secondly,based on the comprehensive analysis of the development status of laser parameter measurement software system,this paper uses Windows8 as the operating system,Visual Studio 2015 graphical programming interface as the development platform,and uses C++ language and dynamic link library to write the operation software to complete the software for the host computer.The development of the system realizes a simple and efficient and easy to operate human-computer interaction interface including data acquisition,data transmission,data display,curve display and data storage of laser parameters,Among them,for the communication function of the laser parameter measuring instrument,the oscilloscope uses the VISA function library and the SCPI instrument control command to communicate with the host computer through the USB interface,and the spectrometer uses the TCP/IP protocol to communicate with the host computer through the high speed Ethernet.The results show that the laser parameter measurement software system developed by this project can fulfill the expected functional requirements,realize the human-computer interaction interface with comprehensive functions,convenient operation,simple and intuitive.And realize accurate recording of the laser energy,time domain characteristics,frequency domain characteristics and airspace characteristics.Finally,the paper summarizes the work done in thisthesis,analyzes the actual operation results of the PC software system and proposes the improvement ideas and the next research plan for the existing problems.
