Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Registration Database System Based On ArcGIS

Along with the continuous enhancement of China's social and economic strength,the original decentralized system in real estate registration can no longer meet the needs of China's social and economic development.In order to meet the requirements of national economic and social development,the unified registration of real estate needs to integrate,build,and manage real estate data scattered in multiple departments.Therefore,the development of a real estate registration database system software is of great significance for the management of real estate registration data.Through the exploration and exploration of the domestic real estate registration database software,combined with the real estate work experience of real estate registration,the software and related tools and tools were used to develop a real estate registration database software based on ArcGIS platform,and the real estate registration database software was used to complete Huailai County.The construction of the real estate registration project is carried out,and the externally extended extreme point method four-neighbor relationship model is tested.The main contents and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)By combing the operation mode of domestic real estate registration,analyzing and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of representative digital mapping software and real estate registration and building software in China,it can provide a basis for selecting suitable platform software in practical work.By reviewing the data and summarizing the problems encountered in the actual work,it analyzes the various problems that may be encountered in each stage of real estate registration and gives relevant solutions to provide some new references for the work of each stage of real estate.(2)Real estate registration database system software application mainstream C#development technology,.NET framework technology,SQL Server database technology,software product development model that complies with the requirements of real estate unified registration,and application software development in Visual Studio 2010 development environment Control tools to complete the design,development and application of the real estate registration database system.(3)By analyzing the characteristics and logical structure of real estate data,the data model of "real estate unit-right-right holder-registration business" is further improved,and the real estate registration database is designed according to the requirements of database design.The final database system uses ArcSDE as the middleware to complete the data retrieval and access.The relational data SQL Server 2008 is mainly responsible for the physical storage of data.This data management method can provide some new ideas for the storage of spatial data.(4)In view of the low efficiency and low accuracy of the information of the four-neighbor relationship in the real estate registration work,the four-neighbor relation model of the external expansion extreme point method,and the code of the four-neighbor relation model of the external expansion extreme point method is completed by ArcPy.The previous four-neighbor relation model is compared and analyzed.The externally extended extreme point method four-neighbor relation model has great improvement in efficiency and correct rate,which can provide a new reference for the related measurement work of four-neighbor relation information extraction.This article takes Huailai County real estate registration project as an example.Firstly,it introduces the real estate registration process,summarizes various problems encountered in the work of each stage of real estate registration,and gives solutions to solve the problems of various stages of real estate registration in Huailai County.Provide reference for the unified registration of real estate in Huailai County and other areas,and accelerate the process of unified registration of real estate.
