Angle steel is widely used in the construction and power industry,but the detection of angle steel is still based on manual detection,which has the problems of low efficiency and high error rate.Therefore,it has certain research value to realize the automatic and accurate detection of diagonal steel.Linear structured light scanning measurement technology has become an important method for workpiece measurement and detection because of its non-contact and high measurement accuracy.In order to solve the problem of angle steel inspection,the angle steel section parameters are taken as the research object,and the line structured light scanning visual measurement method is used to measure the angle steel section parameters.In order to realize the line structured light scanning vision measurement of diagonal steel cross-section parameters,the line structured light vision principle and the mathematical model of the measurement system are analyzed,and the angle steel crosssection parameters measurement system based on line structured light is built according to the mathematical model.The calibration method of linear structured light measurement system is analyzed.The camera calibration method based on 2D plane target and HALCON are used to complete the calibration of measurement system.In order to obtain high quality point cloud data,the advantages and disadvantages of different strip center extraction algorithms and point cloud simplification algorithms are analyzed.The improved strip center extraction algorithm and the improved point cloud simplification method are used to complete the point cloud data acquisition.Then,according to Delaunay triangulation principle,the point cloud data are encapsulated,and the threedimensional geometric model of the object is obtained.Then,the three parameters of angle steel section edge width,edge thickness and inner arc radius are extracted.The feasibility of using line structured light scanning to measure the cross-section parameters of angle steel is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the measurement error of this method is within the range of 0.15 mm.The measurement deviation conforms to the national standard.Figure 43;Table 7;Reference 53.
